Name: Izuku Midoriya.

Age: 15.

Intelligence: Izuku is very intelligent for his age and in fact he is more intelligent then most adults. After he had inherited Viego's powers, memories and experience, he is probably the most intelligent person in the world.

Hero name: The Ruined King: Viego.

Quirk: None (Quirkless) but his powers are classified as a quirk to avoid problem and the power is labeled as Ruination.

Personality: Izuku is mostly a happy and a cheerful individual but he can be serious when he needs to. He is very hateful to those who genuinely bad. He is very caring towards his close one's and willing to do anything for them.

Likes: His mother - Inko Midoriya , Helping others , Selfess heroes , His most favorite soldiers - Kalista , Hecarim , Karthus , Vex.

Dislikes: Villains , Those who hurt his close one's.

Powers and abilities:-

1. Black Heart: In his ruined state izuku has a hole in his chest from which The Black Mist comes out.

2. Black mist: The mist is mostly black with a few bits of green. The black mist devours of all life it comes into contact with by leeching life force. Those who died near the mist or in it, will have their souls linked to it turning them into wraiths, gouls, undead, etc. They will never be able to pass on to the afterlife. Those who are weak willed will lose their sense of self after turning into wraiths, etc-etc, they follow orders of those that are stronger then them but those who are strong willed will have thier powers significantly magnified. The mist can even revive those who no longer exist. The mist also acts as an infinitely large pocket dimension, where anything can be stored within it. The gouls, wraiths, undead, etc stay there.

3. Sovereign's Domination: After attacking someone Izuku absorbs a very small portion of their soul gaining their power, abilities, techniques, memories, experiences.

4. Blade of the ruined king: The Zweihander that Izuku wields has some special properties. The blade deals percentage missing health damage meaing the more durable and the more injured you are the more damage you take. Those who are hit by the blade twice will have a green mark on their chest and if you are hit again after being marked, Izuku will heal all of the damage dealt by him and no amount of anti-heal can negate that.

5. Harrowed Path: Izuku commands the mist move wherever he wishes.

6. The call of the Ruined King: Izuku commands the wraiths, gouls and the undead to do what he wants.

7. Shadow magic: A type of magic which allows the manipulation of shadows.

7.1. Shadow Exchange: A type of shadow magic used for teleporting between shadows.

7.2. Living Shadow: A type of shadow magic used for creating a 3 dimensional shadow which mimics the movement of its creator.

8. King's Authority: Izuku is able to telekinetically move or control objests or people.

9. Domian of the Ruined king: Izuku expands the black mist pocket dimension outwards enveloping everything in it. The powers of those who are linked to the black mist are amped by 100% every second.

10. Un-ruined: Izuku can reverse the ruination effect on both the living and non-living but their powers cut by 80%. The un-ruined beings and objests are still linked to the black mist, so this ability can be reversed.
