Usagi's pov
I wake up and feel something hard and very much not my pillow. I look and see... LEO?

Oh man this is so embarrassing what am I doing I can't move or I'll wake him up so I just kinda lay in silence it's kinda... nice? He's not really warm or anything just idk how to put this... comforting? I feel safe with him I don't really know why but my face is really hot and I accidentally on purpose kinda snuggle up to him a bit hoping not to wake him- not in a gay way or anything not that I have a problem with gay people it's just IM not and I know this sounds kinda gay but I swear- uh oh. He wakes up and I pretend to be asleep

Leo's pov
I wake up and see usagi laying on my chest all snuggled up. I feel my face burning. He looks so cute and peaceful just laying there. So warm and comfy and his furr is all messy. Suddenly "achoo" he sneezes? They weren't awake this whole time were they?

That would be kinda embarrassing- "uh, usagi?" I ask to see if he is awake. "Uhhhhh-" he says as he springs up and sits next to me "uh, Goodmorning- sorry you fell asleep on me last night and I didn't want to wake you up by moving so I kinda just fell asleep heh." I say while smiling nervously "oh uh its alright I shouldn't have fallen asleep on you." He chuckled.

Usagi pov:
We sit in silence for what feels like forever until gen screams at us to wake us up because he thinks sleeping in past 10:30am is a sin or something.

"Wake up usagi and ... the other one. If you sleep in to long you'll be up all night!" He shouts.

"WE'RE UP" i scream and i flinch a little.

We walk into the kitchen and I yawn "do you want some breakfast? I could make you an omelet, eggs and bacon, avocado toast, cream cheese bagels, fruit salad, we also have cereal such as: honey nut cheerios, mini wheat, lucky charms, frosted flakes-"
"Uh can I have some lucky charms?" Leo asks "Sure what milk do you like? we have soy, almond, rice, coconut, cashew, pea, hazelnut-" "orange juice please" "w-what" "I'd like orange juice with my cereal if you have it" he said nervously "I mean we *have* it I'm just confused on why you want that" I say with a weirded out face"have you ever tried it?" He asked "Well no but it sounds weird" I say and he replys with a smile "what, ya scared you'll love it?"

I make us 2 bowls of lucky charms and orange juice.

It was gross at first but after a couple bites I kinda liked it "seeee~, it's good!" He winked at me "y-yeah you're! This is amazing!"

Author: it's come to my attention that yuichi is in fact usagi's last name and not their first name apparently? I think? Idk someone told me that so ima make leo call him that at the moment please I got this information from a tik tok lol (@noodlesandtoons)

Leo's pov
We Finnish our cereal and decide to start looking around the city for my swords.

Everyone seems to know yuichi and are pretty friendly to him. Someone even threw an apple at him as a gift, they tried to catch it but it hit him in the head and he fell unconscious.

Usagi's pov
I wake up and my mind is fuzzy all I hear is a soft "yuichi? Yuichi? Yuichi?-" it's leo ;) "Am I in heaven? Are you my garden angel~" I giggle "wha- yuichi are you ok???" Leo says concerned and kinda flustered as a snap back into reality "did I read just say that😳" that was weird... "uh I'm fine, what happened?" I ask "an apple got thrown at your head so I took you home" I notice kitsune smirking at me

"leo would you be a dear and go get him some ice from the freezer~" she asks "uh, sure! I'll be right back!" He runs off and kitsune stares straight into my eyes and says "i.know.what.you.are." and before I can say anything leo comes back with ice

"I'm back!" He says and then puts the ice on my head "are you ok? Does your head hurt a lot? Do you need some water?" He seems really worried I don't know why since it was just an apple but it is kinda cute seeing how much he cares even though we've only know each other for a short time- what? Cute ? What am I saying that's kinda gay... "oh, uh, I'm fine really!" I say with a smile and he doesn't seem convinced. He puts his hand on my cheek and strokes it a little. Holy shit holy shit holy shit my face feels SO hot rn I don't know what to do or say and I just sit there in shock as he hold the ice pack on my head and rubs my cheek "your face is burning up are you ok???? Do you need water????" He asks "Oh- uh- i- uhm- no- uh- im fine hehehe" why am I acting like this it's embarrassing! Why does his hand on my face make me feel like this??? "Are you sure? I can go get you some water" yknow what maybe that is it. I just need some water "uh, actually that would be great" "Sure thing cotton tail" he winks at me and walks away. I bury my blushing face in my hands.

kitsune says "oooooo you are down bad already? You met him, what, yesterday?" "Shut up. I'm not gay" I say with my face still in my hands "the Nile is a river in Egypt lover boy" she says and leo walks back in with a plastic cup of water because all the glasses are broken, particularly my fault, particularly kitsune's fault.

"I'm back! Here is your water yuichi" he says and hands me the cup "thanks" I say with a smile and then take a sip. I stand up because I feel fine and leo looks absolutely shocked "what do you think you're doing? Where are you going" "idk I just wanted to stretch my legs" "nonono I am a medical professional and I can not let you just walk around in your condition" "what condition I'm fine-" "nonono I haven't figured out if you have a concussion yet so you have to rest still. I'm fact you should probably lay in bed" he says and then scoops me up and caries me to my bed bridal style "oh- uh- I'm really fine! I swear!" I say "nonsense I'm going to go get your water and your ice" he walls away and kitsune walks in and I admit "... I think I might be a bit gay"
