Y/N's POV:

I looked at the clock, 6:30am. I got out of bed gently shaking Hermione and Ginny to wake the two girls, "girls, wake up, it's 6:30, if we want to eat breakfast we should start getting ready" I told the girls, we needed extra time since there were three of us but only one bathroom. I left the two to let them wake up properly while I went into the bathroom, I took a super quick shower, just washing my body, I used the toilet and brushed my teeth. I took my hairbrush with me out of the room letting the next one go in to get ready, Ginny entered the bathroom while Hermione rubbed her eyes. "You know it is quite annoying that you always have to wake us up before you do your things in the bathroom" Hermione grumbled at me obviously still tired, "well I'm sorry that I know you can take forever to wake up, especially when you stay up late doing your homework" I told her with a bit of sass. Hermione rolled her eyes as she started to find the clothes she was going to be wearing today, I got dressed in my school uniform with a T-shirt and leggings underneath my uniform. It wasn't common to see girls wear leggings under their skirts instead of the regular stockings that the school gave us as a uniform but I ignored all the comments I got from other students. Just as I finished getting dressed Ginny came out of the bathroom drying her hair a towel around her body, Hermione went in and got herself ready too, I smiled at Ginny "morning" I told her and she gave me a gentle and a tired smile "morning, I really wish we hadn't staid up so late studying and had kept a better watch of the time" she mumbled still ovbiously tired. I just smiled before taking some homework out and finishing the last bit of it before we would go down to the great hall for breakfast.
By the time Hermione was finished in the bathroom and we had all gotten down to the common room it was already 7:30am which meant a fast breakfast for us, the boys were already waiting in the common room for us when we got down stairs, "finally, we were starting to think you over slept" Harry groaned and I laughed at him "well we almost did" I told him as we were leaving the common room. Ron looked just as unhappy to be there as Ginny did and Hermione still looked quite tired but they still kept walking, I was a little behind the two couples as I didn't want to fithwheel them. When we finally got to the great hall Ginny went to find her friends while we sat down at the end of the table quickly grabbing some toast and other things that were being offered for breakfast.
When the clock rang 7:50am we all hurried to stuff the last of our breakfast into our mouths before hurrying down to the dungeons for potions. Potions were far from being my favorite but seeing I wanted to become a healer the class was important for me.
Standing in front of the classroom waiting for professor Slughorn to open the doors was always a boring time especially when Harry, Ron and Hermione were talking about what they would be doing on their double date tomorrow and sunday at hogsmead. "You guys realize I'm still here and I'm not the biggest fan on date talk in front of me" I said and Ron just rolled his eyes "you're just lonely because you don't have anyone to go with" Ron said back to me and I rolled my eyes turning away from the other three focusing on the door.
As I was focusing away from the three I noticed a Hufflepuff guy I knew as Jason come walking in our direction, he seemed nervous about something, "hey Y/N" I said his voice was gentle and his light brow curls gently fell in his eyes as he tried to swat them away. "Hey, what's up?" I asked smiling at him and he smiled back, "well I was wondering if you would maybe want to go to hogmeade with me tomorrow? as a date?" he asked and I felt the heat rush to my face as I wanted to say yes with no doubt, he was cute, sweet and cared a lot about everyone. Just as my answer was about to leave my lips Malfoy came soaring over to us, attacking Jason, Malfoy had veela wings, teeth that looked like they could belong to a bird and claws that looked so sharp they could rip through any skin. That was just what Malfoy was doing, his claws were ripping and clawing at Jason while his teeth were biting into him, Hermione was trying to get him to stop by screaming and so were Harry and Ron although he didn't seem to care about any of their screams.
"Malfoy stop please" I suddenly screamed after getting out of the shock of seeing Malfoy right there in a veela form, when I had saw him like this it made me finally feel like I was whole for the first time in months, my heart was beating fast and I could feel it beginning to get a bit harder to breath. As my screams had filled the hallway outside the classroom Malfoy had stop his attack and I instantly went to check on Jason although I could feel cold hands grab onto me and Malfoy was dragging me away from the scene in front of us. "Malfoy stop, please you're hurting me" I said as his hold on my wrist was only getting tighter and tighter as we got further away from the potions classroom. I didn't know where we were, this must be one of those dungeons passages that only a couple students knew about since it wasn't on the marauders map to begin with.
