A spinning vortex opens up, Limelight falls through and lands in the colossal treetops injured. The increase of danger caused by falling and the recent fight would cause anyone to panic. But with the pain coming from both his head and body, but mainly his head mixed with fear caused him to fall unconscious.
When he would normally scream and flail around to find a safe place to land, His limbs were limp, free falling, motionless. Until being caught by vines, or better yet guitar strings. Dangling far from the ground, in a somewhat theatrical manner.
"Well now what do we have here?~" "You're in a tight situation aren't you?" "Can't move can you?" "Can't answer either?" "It would be so easy to simply take you to my topsy turver and put you to work" "But that's boring, I think I'll have a bit of fun instead!"
Vex snapped his fingers causing a small ball of energy to form
"You know, you look so peaceful dangling here." "I wonder what's going on in your head now" "Speaking of your head, I think it would look better with horns!"

With that the ball of energy in vex's hand transferred over to Limelight's head causing two horns to protrude from his cloth head, causing immense pain, if he could even feel it.
"Now let's see how long your sanity can last HA"
Just as vex had arrived he had left, leaving the unconscious sackling suspended in air, but he wasn't that far away.
As I was trying to aim the whirltool a loud snap echoed through the jungle, as Limelight's body rushed to the ground Sure we were both made of cloth, sure hitting the ground wouldn't hurt that much, but just seeing him fall from that height terrified me.
A blurry figure moved towards Limelight's falling body catching him before impact. The figure was now walking towards sackboy .
"Is this one a friend of yours?" They asked while placing Limelight against a tree "Yeah" "Know how they got up there?" "No, maybe, a vague idea at best" "Great! Introduction time! My name's Ve, what's yours?" Ve's mood changed fast. "Sackboy"
"Is Limelight alright, Scarlet?" "I'm not quite sure Sackboy" "What do you mean?" My panic was setting in "He's fine, it looks like he fainted from shock, that's all" "But what about the horns?" "We'll have to ask him when he wakes" "Don't worry Sackboy, me and the monkeys 'I'll take care of 'em" "so hurry along and go find me whoop-whoops!" "And quick, before that ruddy monsoon arrives"
"See Sackboy, once we help round up the 'whoop-whoops' we can check on Limelight" "Yeah" "I guess" "I'll help as well." Ve had quickly decided to assist us, but for what reason?
I trust mama monkey I really do, but I can't shake the feeling that something bad happened and that we're being watched.
How strange How odd He doesn't appear to be aware, or awake Is he still alive? Why should I care? Why do I care? Do I care? Why?
Oh, what am I doing? I'm supposed to be stealing bananas, (sorry 'nanas') for the topsy turver, not looking at an unconscious sackling!

"So about the horns dear" "what horns?" "The horns on your head Lime" "Since when did I have horns?" "Since we found you."
I had horns? I mean that's kinda cool But how did that happen Geez I wish my memory wasn't so fuzzy right now.
