~ Masquerade Ball ~

Y/n were always been by the Prince His/n's side since they were still a kid. She then became a knight in her teen aged, just like her father protecting the King. The King and her father have been friends for a long period of time. That's how The prince and the girl meet up with each other. The Prince were a year younger than y/n, but that doesn't change the respect from y/n towards the prince, same goes to the Prince. The both of them have been friends since then.

One day, The Prince finally got to choose his personal guards, without hesitations. The Prince called out her name infront of everyone, shocking all the guards that had lined up properly below him including y/n herself. Y/n were too stunned to speak while looking straight at the Prince's eyes that never once averted his gazed towards her from the beginning. The King and her father knew that this will happened that's why they just smiled with each other without a word. Then the ceremony ended perfectly with the prince holding his sword and brought it up gently beside y/n's right shoulder to make her his personal knight officially.

Since that day Y/n have been by The Prince's side 24/7 and protected him at all cost despite the negativity rumors around her, she ignored it and decided not to talk about it cause she knew that The prince will not let it slide so easily, but the thing is....The Prince already knew. That's why he tried to shut them up by doing a competition ceremony just for the royal guards and knights, where they need to fight against Y/n to take her place as his personal knight.

As the event had been passed on, many knights and guards had participated in the competitions and thought highly towards themselves that they will win against a tiny woman, and some of them were laughing and mocking at her because the prince himself had established this competitions against his very owned personal guards, thinking that y/n were very useless in taking care of her duty to protect the prince, and that's when all of them were wrong. The Prince knew how strong and brave Y/n was, whenever he was too involved. The Prince never once doubt her strength in protecting him.

However in Y/n prespective of being the one to compete with everyone by her master herself aren't betrayal. It was rather a challenge for her from her master himself and she likes it. This ceremony make her all fired up and plus with the bad rumors they've been spreading around this whole time, made her more delightful to agree with it. And just like that the competitions ended with Y/n ( the winner ) laughing menacingly towards all the trembling guards and knights ( The loser ) below her. Since then, bad rumors about her were no longer to be heard around the castle and that made the prince soo proud of her.

The years goes by so quickly and both The Prince and The Knight were in adult age which was very complicated for the Prince. The King are getting old and it was time for the Prince to take the throne on behalf of the King, but becoming a King were not the one who make the Prince worried. He was more than prepared to be a King cause that's what he lived for these whole time and The King were soo proud of him.

Queen, who will be his queen. Every King must have a Queen. These was the one he most worried about. He didn't want to get married with a princess from another country or a noble women that he never met before. It was uncomfortable for him. He always avoid these kind of questions whenever her father or mother asked him. He knew that this was very important for the sake of his country that soon will be him to rule. It's just that, The Prince's heart already been taken along time ago by these one beautiful (h/c) hair with bright (e/c) eyes, the moment he met her. Y/n. His one and only Personal Knight.

Years after years he been through a lot with her, his eyes can't seem to lost sight of her whenever she came in and out of his room. He will constantly stared at her lips whenever she tried to talk to him even for a short matter of time. He will definitely checking her out or give side glances whenever she escorted him throughout the castle or anywhere else and that make him crazy. He will get nervous whenever it's just the two of them in his large room for a long time. He will get jealous whenever she talks to somebody else other than him. He will secretly watching her trained with her sword at night and day cause he found it very attractive. There's a lot of things that The Prince found attractive towards her and at that time he knew that he had a crush on her.
