9. Calming Draught 🧪

(Isabella's Pov)
The next day
I woke up with a smile on my face.
The sweet feeling of freedom.

I went into my closet, and picked out an outfit.
A crop top with a short green skirt, maybe even a necklace.

I went to the great hall and sat down.
"Good morning." I smiled.
"Look at you, you're glowing." Said Theo.

"I'm free." I said.
"Thank you all, except you Draco, you were unconscious." I laughed.

He rolled his eyes.
I sat next to him, and hit his shoulder.

"What do you want?" He said.
"Nothing I'm just so happy I don't know what to do with myself."

I grabbed Draco's hand and played with his fingers.

(Draco's Pov)
God she's adorable.

She's been doing this for as long as I've known her. Every time she's excited or happy, she can't sit still.

I don't like being touched, but I don't wanna ruin her mood. And I don't mind her touching me.

"Alright that's enough." I said pulling my hand away.

"Ohh Theo." She sang.

She grabbed his hand, and rested her chin on it.
Theo grabbed her jaw and kissed her cheek.
I looked at Mattheo who didn't seem to mind.

Cormac walked over, and Isabella grabbed Theo's hand.

"For some reason I can't remember how the videos gone but it is. How's your head Malfoy?" He smirked.

"You're such an asshole, you hurt both of us."
Isabella said pushing him.

"I like when you're all aggressive." Said Cormac.

Theo pulled her back.

"Come on Cormac let's not do this again."
Said Enzo.
"Whatever, keep slagging around let's see where it gets you." Said Cormac walking away.

I looked at Mattheo.
"Not gonna say anything?" I asked.
Mattheo uncomfortably looked at me.

"I think I've done enough to him."
Said Mattheo.

"You guys don't think I'm a slag right?"
Asked Isabella.

Theo, Enzo and I looked at each other.
"Watch how you answer." Said Mattheo.

No one answered because deep down we knew.
But because of the circumstances and events no one wanted to say anything.

"Oh come on." Isabella scoffed.
"Hey, you're our little slag." Said Theo pinching her cheek.

"You're lucky I'm in a good mood." She laughed.

One week later
"The potion you'll make is a calming draught. This potion calms the user, and clears all negative thoughts, allowing them to focus.
If you can succeed at making it, I will let you take it before our test. If not then too bad.

This potion is difficult which is why I'm allowing this reward." Said Slughorn.

I looked at Isabella who had a smile on her face.
She loves a challenge.

"Alright, get started." Said Slughorn.

"I'm gonna make it." She said looking at me.
"I'm sure you will." I said.
"If you make it, and I don't, will you give yours to me?" Said Enzo.

"'I'm not that nice." She said.
"Fine but remember this." Said Enzo.

"I'll get you guys cauldrons." She said skipping to the front.
