Tommy's POV
"Okay so explain to me what the heck that was." says Blake. Alice fell asleep watching Back to the Future with us.
"Okay so as you know my father left us as kids and that's why I got abused by my mother." Blake nods. "So a five years ago he contacted us saying he wanted us to go to his wedding with someone 20 years younger than him. When my mom found out she started abusing us even more and became even more of a slut. This is the first time I have seen my father in years and I hate him for all the abuse he caused to me and my sister. " I tell him.
"Okay but why did Alice have a panic attack?" He asks.
"She has had them ever since she started getting abused." I tell him and he just nods.
I look at him "You better be taking care of my baby sister and treating her right or else."
"Don't worry I love her to much to hurt her." He states with confidence. I just look at him to make sure he's telling the truth and I see he is.
"Want to know the reason why I became a lawyer?" Blake nods, "To make sure that the people like my mom go to jail, people like my dad at least pay child support, and that good people like Alice never get hurt like she did." I say.
Blake just looks at me then hugs me saying "Thank you." He then gets up with Alice in his hands and carries her to her room where they sleep. I just look at the TV take a sip of my drink and smile.
