Hey guys!!! This is the end!! As I wrote this chapter, I actually teared up a little. When I started this book, I did not expect many people to read it. I was dared to try and write one by a friend. I am so glad I did. I have discovered a love for writing.
Some news: This is the last chapter.
I know I said there was going to be a sequel, but I've been thinking about it, and I think that this is the ending I want. THERE WILL BE NO SEQUEL. I am going to do an epilogue. I am sorry if this disappoints people, but it's just my choice.
I have heaps of new story ideas, and will be starting one right away. If you guys would keep this book in your libraries, I will advertise my new book in this story :)
Thank you to everyone who has read this book. To the people who voted. To the people who commented. To anyone who contacted me with their opinions and praise.
I am eternally grateful.
Love, Lisa xxxxxxx

Whenever I thought about the day I was going to die, I assumed it would be due to something boring. Like old age. Or disease. Today, I wasn't going to die. But it felt like my whole world was about to end.
Liam smashes through the window, glass shattering everywhere. I really need to have a talk to him about safe dramatic entrances. Everybody ducks, not wanting to be struck by glass. Suddenly everything is a whirl of action, and I can only see glimpses. Ben, Nathan, Dean, Chuck, everybody rushing through the door, my Mom and Dad lunging for guns, everybody fighting their opposition. I'm grabbed from behind, and I look behind me, startled, to see Josh snarling down at me. He pulls out a gun, and pushes it into my temple.
"Stop!" He yells. "Put your weapons down, or I shoot!" Everybody freezes, and look towards us. Josh's gang, and Mom and Dad grin, and all stand back and watch, as everybody in Liam's gang immediately drops their guns. Mark and a couple of others swiftly pick them up, placing them onto the table. If I stretched, I could just reach one. Josh laughs, and tightens his grip on me. "That really was a stupid thing to do Liam." He chuckles. I struggle to breathe, he's holding me to tight. Hang on. Where's Charlie?
"You don't need her." Liam says. "You don't. You're only doing this out of spite."
"I know." Josh snorts. "And it feels great."
"Josh-" I choke.
"Shut up!" Josh yells, but loosens his grip slightly.
"This must be Martha and Keith." Liam says suddenly, looking towards my parents.
"You did your research." My mom smirks.
"Had to know what we were getting ourselves into." Liam says carefully.
"And it still didn't help." My mom chuckles. She looks at me and grins. "You know, Gemma. You made an unwise choice trusting this lot. They will get you nowhere."
"I would trust them." I choke. "A thousand times over, before I turn to you."
"Well." My mom shrugs. "It's your funeral." She looks at Liam regretfully. "This is a bother. Now we have to kill you. And Gemma just cleaned this floor." She grins. "I'm going to use my special knife." She leaves the room, my Dad following, and I start to shake in fear. She can't. He's all I have left. I look towards the table. Is it possible? I look towards Liam, and he looks at me, regretfully. He's given up. I have to try. Josh's gang is distracted, herding all of Liam's into the corner. Some leave, doing god knows what, probably getting ready for the slaughter. The only people who stay, are Josh, Caleb, and Mark. I try to reach the table, but I just can't reach without Josh seeing. Ben sees what I'm trying to do, and try's to distract.
