it's been a month since dustin and the boys have moved to calfornia. i went along with them since dustin wouldn't stop pestering me until i said yes. it's quite a nice house; it has a massive pool in the backyard which i spend most of my summer days in given that sean forces dustin to be sitting in front of his computer all day to work on coding for facebook. sean's a nice enough guy but he does creep me out sometimes with all his parties and the drugs, it isn't exactly what i like being around but atleast i have dustin.

One night sean, mark and eduardo went to a bar for a few drinks. they offered for us to tag along but i was busy with my studies and dustin still had some coding to finish off.

"c'mon man, just come with us. take a break!" eduardo pleads to dustin with puppy dog like eyes that makes me giggle.

"he says he's busy, let's just go." sean says from behind eduardo as he grabs his car keys and walks towards the front door.

"do you want me to drive you guys and come pick you up later? it would be easier." i suggest, getting up off the couch.

"we should be fine sweetheart, but thank you." sean smiles. the way he just called me sweetheart sends chills up my spine. and dustin sure doesn't approve of it either.

once all three men have left, it's just dustin and me. we sit in silence for a few minutes as i finish reading my book for my class and dustin keeps typing away on his computer.

i put my book down as i finish the last page and give out a deep sigh, lying flat on my back. i look over to dustin who, not surprising at all, is still going to town with his coding.

"are you done?" i ask, leaning my arms over the edge of the couch to look at him better. he doesn't answer.

"oi." i throw a pillow in his direction, hitting his laptop shut. my whole body freezes in terror. he always gets pissed off when people close his laptop, especially when he's working.

"shit, i'm sorry." i say, walking over to him, slowly.

shockingly, dustin doesn't get annoyed like he usually does, he just lays back in his chair and groans. "it's fine, i was getting tired anyway." he says, glancing up at me while smiling cutely.

"okay good. i was dreading the yelling and screaming." i laugh, folding my arms over my chest.

"i would never yell and scream at you." dustin replies, getting up out of his chair and walking towards the kitchen.

i sit back on the couch and clear my book and notebooks away so dustin can sit down. he hands me a beer and places himself next to me.

"wanna watch a movie?" i ask, picking up the remote. he nods while he takes a sip of beer.

for the next 30 minutes, we try to find something on tv but fail, so instead we just end up talking.

"so what book were you reading?" dustin questions as he reaches for the novel on the coffee table.

"oh um." i start to get nervous as he flips through the book and lands on a page. i see his eyes suddenly widden. his gaze slowly meets mine.

"what? what is it?" i ask, dreading the answer.

he begins to read aloud: "you are not just a pretty face. you've had six orgasms so far and all of them belong to me."

i feel my face burn up as he ends the sentence with a stammer. i slowly take the book out of his grasp and put it down.

"uh, it was on the um b-book list for e-english." i stutter, sweat forming in every cress of my body.

"oh yeah? i'm sure it was." dustin breathes, which causes me to look at him once again.

i notice he's somehow sitting closer now and that makes my heart hammer against my chest. i've never imagined dustin as more than just one of my best friends, but sitting here with him on this couch, has me rethinking every moment i've ever spent with this man.

"y/n?" dusting speaking snaps me out of my zone.

"yes?" i ask, licking my lips. this gets him visibly nervous.

"would it be bad if i told you that i really want to kiss you right now?"

without even thinking, i move onto his lap and wrap my arms around his neck. dustin places his hands on my waist, sending goosebumps all over my body, in a good way...

"no i don't think it would be bad at all." i reply smartly.

our lips connect for the very first time yet it feels familiar. as the kiss progresses, my hands wind up in his soft brown hair as his hands slide up my shirt. i detach our lips to pull my shirt over my head and throw it across the room. the kiss continues and gets passionate. his kisses shortly end up across my face and all over my neck. there will definitely be a mark there in the morning. in the end, both of our shirts are off and i am then hit with the feeling that our friendship is ultimately ruined.

"should we go upstairs?" dustin moans between kisses. i nod firmly.

that's when we hear someone clear their throat from behind us. i jump from fright and we both slowly turn our heads toward to doorway to the lounge.

sean has a massive smirk on his face, mark is just staring blankly at us and eduardo has his arms folded and nods his head in approval. i cover myself in dustin's chest.

"here." eduardo hands me my shirt and i pull it quickly over my head and stand up. i speak before anyone else can.

"why are you home so early?" i ask, still feeling the need to cover myself.

"oh uh, the bars we went to weren't sanitary enough for mr ocd over here." sean speaks up as he points to mark.

mark just shrugs and wanders off into the kitchen.

"um okay well i'm tired so i'm gonna go upstairs and head to bed. goodnight boys." as i turn to leave, i look over at dustin who has put on his shirt and has stood up.

"coming?" i whisper to him.

he smirks in my direction and we walk upstairs, but before we make it into my room, dustin lifts me off the ground and kicks the bedroom door shut with his foot.
