'What's wrong, Alexa?' Katie asked when she heard how raspy her best friend sounded over the phone.
'I think I'm losing my voice!' Alexa softly replied.
'That's awful! Do you know hy?'
'No! All I know is I need to rest my voice, I'm not even supposed to be on the phone right now.'
'Okay, stay where you're at, I'm coming over with something!'
Couple minutes later.
'Well, what did you bring?' Alexa wrote.
'Well, I thought about swiping 1 of my brother's video games, but he has them closely guarded right now. I thought about making soup, but we're all out. So, I just brought myself! Hope that's okay.' Katie replied.
'That's the best gift you've given me throughout all this. You're always okay.'
Katie then went over to hug Alexa as a big thank you.
