⬂ The five young misfit artists of Shiloh & Sons met when they were in high school in '74, all from different crowds, being forced to merge due to a Breakfast Club style detention — a preppy, a popular jock, a loner, the stoner, and the hippie.
But the one thing that they all had in common was their love for rock 'n roll.
Shortly after that, they established their band that summer after they graduated in '75 — they played for small gigs and venues until a recruiter from RCA wanted them to record.
Once they got all of their ducks in a row, they got their big break.
Now, in '76, they're the opening act for Elvis Presley at the International Hotel ⬃

ABOUT HER: she's the eldest child out of four siblings and the troublemaker of them all. growing up in Seattle was rough — between her parents fighting and abusive antics towards themselves, trying to hide that side from her siblings, nonetheless the prejudice she experienced growing up from both ends of the race spectrum, was a perfect recipe for mental pain.
she found her love in music and used singing as an escape.
