Life in Japan

"You done packing yet?" M/N called out to me.

"Yup. When are we heading out to the jet?" I asked, grabbing two of my suitcases and putting three bags on my shoulder.

"We're supposed to be leaving in about 10 minutes, we can leave early since you were the only one we were waiting on," she replied, her voice trailing closer to my room. Today was the day that we move from Canada to Japan. The main reason why we are going there is because F/N has gotten a huge business deal, and he has to stay there for a while. But also because there's been some rumors about there being great volleyball players, and my Uncle U/N wants me to go up against as many high school teams as I can. I don't understand why, considering I'm already one of the best in all of North America, and the best in Canada. But, I have to listen to him since he's family. And older than me. That's how my family works.

"Yup, I'm ready to go," I called back to my mother who is now standing in the doorway of my room.

"Good. The limo is out front, hurry up," she sharply said, and quickly walked away.

"Yes, mother," I replied, and started walking out of my room, and into the elevator since it would prove difficult to walk down stairs with two suitcases and three bags. I hope I can go to a.. normal school in Japan. I've always hated border schools, since--

*DING*

Oh well. I better hurry out to the car since I know that father hates it when I'm late.

"Took you long enough," F/N huffed, glaring at me, and gesturing for me to follow him into the limousine. I didn't reply, I just followed him.

"I shall take your luggages," a person in a black suit said, extending both arms out towards me.

"Thank you," I simply replied, and handed them my bags, and rolled the suitcases towards them. Another person in a black suit opened one of the doors to the limo, and I had entered the limo. I really hope that everything will change..

~time skip since you genuienly do not need to read about a long plane ride~

"So, this is where we're staying?" I asked, looking up at a two story house.

"Ugh, it's so small.. whatever, we're hopefully not going to be here all that long," M/N groaned, getting out of the limousine. I was going to ask what school I was going to, but I almost forgot about not speaking out of turn.

~time skip again because im lazy and shit~

"Y/N, come here," F/N called out to me.

"Yes, father?" I replied, quickly coming to him.

"You're going to Karasuno, it's the closest school to our house. You're starting tomorrow," he said, looking back up at me briefly before turning around and walking away. Karasuno? Hmm, haven't heard of them. Well, that does make sense, considering we literally just arrived in Japan and haven't done my research. Well, it's been a long day of traveling, and it's 00:07.

~next morning~

*BEEP* *BEEP* *BEE-

I hit my alarm clock on the floor next to my futon. I think that's what it's called? It seems very similar to a sleeping bag, but much more comfortable. What time is it, anyways? I glance towards my clock. It read 5:00. I think father said that school starts at.. 8? Jeez, I'm up way too early. Well, I do need to pick up my uniform there, get my schedule, and maybe a tour? I'm not so sure. Well, I should let mother know that I am leaving early.
