At The New Base

Alyssa (wakes up and sighs) Guess today is the day
Knock knock
Alyssa Come in
Captain John (enters) Hi Alyssa
Alyssa (sighs) Hello Captain
Captain John I know you aren't thrilled about today
Alyssa It's fine I'll get over it like I always do
Captain John Alyssa (sighs)
Alyssa What do you want
Captain John it's almost 0600
Alyssa Well I'm packed so we can leave
Captain John You don't wanna say your goodbyes
Alyssa We don't have the time
Captain John (nods stiffly)
Alyssa (grabs her bag and suitcase)
Captain John Need a hand
Alyssa I've got it
Captain John (sighs)

Alyssa and John leave

N/A After Alyssa and the captain have left Alyssa gives one last look at the base that was once her home. She gets in the car with John and they leave. It feels like hours in the car due to the amount of silence you could hear a pin drop.

6 hours later

At the new base

Captain John Alyssa we're here
Alyssa (looks out the window)
Captain John (gets out of the car)
Alyssa (gets out of the car on the other side)
Captain John (looks at her)
Alyssa (takes a deep breath)
Captain John Shall we
Alyssa (nods)

Captain John and Alyssa walk onto the field ground

Soap and a few of his boys come to meet them

Captain John and Alyssa meet them in the middle

Soap Hey stranger
Captain John Hey Soap
Soap (looks at Alyssa) You must be Alyssa
Alyssa (holds her hand out to shake his) I am
Soap Put that away darlin (gently grabs her hand and bear hugs her)
Alyssa (jumps at the contact but accepts it)
Soap (let's her go)
Alyssa (gives a soft smile)
Soap How rude of me my name is Soap
Alyssa Nice to meet you
Captain John Soap isn't his actual name but he prefers being called that for some reason
Alyssa (nods)
Soap How rude of me and these two are Ghost and Koníg
Alyssa (nods to them)
Ghost (looks blankly at Alyssa)
Koníg (looks to the ground feeling shy)
Soap Koníg is a bit shy around new people
Alyssa Understandable
Soap You aren't offended most are
Alyssa It takes a lot to offend me Soap
Soap Good you'll fit right in then
Alyssa (feels eyes on her and looks at Ghost)
Soap Don't worry about Ghost he's just in a mood
Koníg (writes on a sticky note and hands it to Soap)
Soap (takes it and reads it) Is pretty lady friendly
Soap (looks at Alyssa) Koníg wants to know are you friendly
Alyssa (nods and gives a small smile) I am
Soap (looks at Koníg)
Koníg (looks at the ground and back up)
Ghost (huffs gruffly) Can we go
Alyssa (starts to feel uncomfortable)
Soap Don't mind Ghost
Alyssa I'll try
Captain John Well I better head off
Alyssa (doesn't look at John)
Captain John (sighs) Goodbye Aly
Alyssa (looks at him) Goodbye Captain

Captain John makes his way to the car and drives off

Alyssa (looks at Soap, Ghost and Koníg)
Soap Shall we
Alyssa Let's

They all start to walk

Soap (swiftly takes Alyssa's suitcase)
Alyssa Soap you don't have to I've got it
Soap Nonsense
Koníg (takes the bag out of Alyssa's hands)
Alyssa (looks at Koníg)
Soap No lady should hold this much weight
Alyssa It's honestly fine I had it
Ghost (walks next to Alyssa)
Alyssa (looks at Ghost and then back to the ground)

They make it to the base

Soap (shows Alyssa her room and office)
Alyssa Thank you but I could of carried my stuff
Soap Don't worry that pretty little head of yours
Alyssa I feel weird with people doing stuff like that
Soap Well get used to it honey
Alyssa (nods stiffly)
Soap Well I'll let you get settled
Alyssa Ok
Soap (leaves and closes Alyssa's door)
Alyssa (lays on her bed and sighs)
