Archer's PoV
"Archer, can we play video games in your room?" She wants to be my playmate so her daddy always brings her to our house.
"Sure. Let's go." I said while smiling which made her blush. I laughed and teased her while poking her cheeks. She's cute.
Our dads are working on a big project together. I know this because my daddy always says that I need to be prepared because I'm the heir of the company.
We climbed the stairs because my room is on the second floor. Misha is skipping steps on the stairs that made me worried.
"Misha, 'wag kang malikot. Mahuhulog ka sige ka," I said. She looked at me and decided to slow down. She immediately grabbed the controllers and played a game on my PS5.
"Dali Arch, laro tayo." Excited na sabi n'ya. She's a year younger than me, she's nine while I'm ten. I grabbed the controller and we started to play the game. It was fun and enjoyable, kaya hindi namin namalayan na palubog na pala ang araw.
"I still wanted to play with you, but it's getting dark, hmp." She said while pouting. I laughed. She looks like a duck!
"Quit pouting, your dad may visit here again tomorrow." I said that made her face lit up. I knew it.
"I hope my dad visits here tomorrow again so we can play." She said while her eyes are sparkling.
"Come on, Misha. Uuwi na tayo. Bukas nalang ulit kayo maglaro." Tito said with a soft expression. He is always like this with her, a reason why she is sometimes acting like a spoiled brat.
"Okay dad, 'till next time Arch!" She bid goodbye while waving her hand at me. I smiled and went to my bedroom to study. I'm homeschooled because my dad won't let me go to any other school. I just reviewed some lessons for tomorrow and decided to eat some fruits. I got down the stairs and I saw my dad sitting on the sofa.
"Hey Archer, come here for a moment, I have something to tell you." He said and motioned his hand on the sofa next to him. I quickly sat down.
"Bakit po, dad?" Tanong ko. Hindi kasi s'ya madalas magtanong o magsabi sa'kin. His expression suddenly turned soft.
"You know how much I love you, right?" He asked. I nodded immediately. Of course, he's my father.
"So, I've been thinking of this for too long, and I can see that you and Misha are getting quite closer now, so we decided to arrange a marriage for the both of you when you reach legal age." He said. I was shocked. Malaking resposibilidad ang kasal, 'di ba? It shouldn't be decided too early, but I nodded. I cannot displease my dad, I want him to be proud of me. His face lit up and he immediately hugged me.
"Thank you son. You're the best that I could ever wish for." He said while smiling that made me smile as well.
