It's mid morning, a great time to text someone for social plans as Nanami considers doing just that. He's still having nagging, unresolved concerns about the things Gojo was saying last night. Nanami thinks that inviting his former mentee out for quiet dinner would be a great way to privately celebrate her promotion - something she deserves to enjoy without the obnoxious strings of social obligations.

So Nanami quickly fires off a text expressing his interest in treating her to a nice dinner to celebrate during her week off. He doesn't expect her to text back right away, she tends to sleep in any time she doesn't have plans, like many people her age. However, she's also one of the types that is glued to her phone, never leaves the room without it and always texts back in a timely manner. So by late afternoon when he still hasn't heard back, he can't help but replay snippets of Gojo's drunk rambling over and over in his head. He calls and leaves a message, but she still doesn't pick up.

~~~ The previous night ~~~
If Yaga hadn't seemed legitimately concerned for Gojo's safety (and the safety of everyone in a thirty kilometer radius) Nanami would have let Gojo drunkenly pass out on the floor somewhere. Instead, Nanami is trying to steer Gojo away from the gathering, rather unsuccessfully. Gojo's glued to his side at least, but refusing to leave.
With the perverted nonsense spilling out of Gojo's mouth, Nanami really needs to get him away from the event. Not for Gojo's reputation or for the sake of the party, but because it's her night and she should be allowed to enjoy it as much as possible.
"Really? Not even once?" Gojo says huskily, his mouth nearly against Nanami's neck. His antics don't phase Nanami who easily shrugs him off, but Gojo glues himself back to his side stubbornly.
Bristling with annoyance but trying not to make a further scene, Nanami allows Gojo to stay plastered to his side. At least if Gojo is over here harassing him, Gojo can't cause any other disruptions. Nanami calmly says, "No, of course not."
"Tsk tsk. Such a liar Nanamin!" Gojo whispers conspiratory, "Every guy looks. Especially with how much time you two spent together over the years, you're telling me you never once checked her out? I'm just asking - just between the two of us. You can tell me~!"
Nanami can't help but look over at her, as she's politely conversing with several people. "It would be completely inappropriate to the boundaries of our professional relationship, and my role as her mentor and senior."
"I get it, I get it, truly I do. But c'mon you're a red blooded man, and she is very attractive. And I've seen you with women! Whether you're into hot lips, tits, thighs, legs or ass... or those beautiful eyes... soft hands, the way she blushes... she's got it all." Gojo hums, leering at her over his shoulder as Nanami tries to steer Gojo back out of line of sight of the main gathering hall.
"It's not appropriate for you to be discussing a former student that way. Especially not here and now." Nanami manages to wrangle Gojo back into the hallway with him.
Gojo pulls out his phone as he allows Nanami to lead him away from the rest of the gathering. "C'mon Nanamin! What's your favorite piece of her? Are you a feet guy? Is that it? I think I have some pictures of her feet, this one time on the train ride back she-"
"That's enough." Nanami snaps and grabs Gojo's phone out of his hands.
"It's a party! We're supposed to be having a good time." Gojo pouts, though if he really wanted to he could grab his phone back, even drunk. "If you won't let me go talk to her, at least talk about her with me."
"We should see you back to your place. You've had enough of a 'good time' tonight for the both of us." Nanami says, steering Gojo towards a nearby exit.
