Cameron is a member of the Entobo family, put into the adoption system at birth due to the rules of the family.
Anyone born of an Empowered and a Transformed *must not* be part of the core family.
The Entobo split power into 3 sections;
Lawyers: Those who change the world around them via dealmaking
Connectors: Those who change the world around them via the connections they share
Force: Only born from Transformed and Empowered, the height of either state. To exist around Force is to risk your reality as you know it.
Warping reality comes in 2 factors, Complexity and Magnitude.
Complexity: How much of the world are you really changing? Cameron is S in this, because he changes the very history of the world as he transforms someone, legal documents and all.
Magnitude: The weight of the transformation, or how much you can Physically shift from one to another. An S in magnitude would be able to change a City with the same ease as one person.
The Entobo have been regulating their own since the Third Empowered, and have learned the most about magic out of anybody. Any Entobo Enforcers have sworn to never interfere with the world at large, because the family can self-provide.
