lara is a 20 year old living in singapore and is currently studying in university, one semester has ended and she has finished her last exam of the semester and is starting her holidays

lara pov :

" omai gosh, that last paper was a nightmare right lara" yuri said. we had finally finished the toughest exam paper we had written and i was just glad it was done.

"absolutely agreed, we are free, let's go and celebrate our end of university semester 1, WE MADE IT" i responded back, finally feeling free after studying so much and cramping up for the exams the past few months.

me and yuri have been friends since secondary school/ also known as middle school in korea, we met in secondary 1/ grade 7 and have been the bestest friends ever, i love her to bits and we are pretty much always together until recently when university started

yuri then replies "oh... um... awkward... okay.. how do i say this.. i actually... "

i immediately realised and said "you are going on a date with your boyfriend right... i told you i don't like him, he's such a control freak.. why are you still dating him"

okay.. one thing about yuri, she's extremely pretty and can get any guy, and one the other hand, me, i can get absolutely no one, however yuri's choices are terrible so i can say that both of us don't have much luck in dating

yuri then tries to explain "noo... he's just kind of possessive over me.. i really like him and he likes me too, come on don't be like that.. let's go for a movie tomorrow okay!, meanwhile i told you to go find someone too, i helped you already heheh"

yuri looks at me cheekily and steals my phone and runs away

"what do you mean han yuri, come back here and tell me, give me my phone back!!" i scream while chasing after her

"fine here, i downloaded a very special app for you, go check it out, i know you are only into your beloved idols or whatever but this is going to actually get you some guys.. i'm going off now, see you tomorrow." yuri hugs me and runs off.

"hmph.. those idols are my standards especially jeon jungkook, hes so perfect what do u mean.."

i scream at her and just stand there and checked out my phone.. this lady just downloaded tinder for me.. oh my gosh, i am going to delete it... or should i not. i contemplate as i see yuri disappear to go to her boyfriend leaving me alone.

"urgh forget it, i'll get some food and go rewatch jem jungkook's recent live hehe, the way he sang unholy, bless my ears"

i went to my favourite food stall, bought my dinner and went home.

after eating, i was scrolling through tiktok when i got a notification from tinder, tempting me to update my profile and text people.. not gonna lie i was quite tempted to do it, so i clicked on the notification and went it..

"damn there's a lot of good looking guys in here actually.. wow... but no one can beat jungkook of course.."

oh did i mention.. i am a huge bts fan since 2017!! it has been 7 years and i absolutely love them especially jeon jungkook, my bias forever, anyway continuing on

"ooo.. wait... jungkook.97?, let me click into his profile.. 24 years old, job, part time idol.. full time flirt, very real, oh his hobbies are written in korean, wow what a joke, someone actually thought he could use jeon jungkook has his picture and get verified.."

suddenly  i get another notification " jungkook.97 has liked your profile, proceed to accept or reject"
"of course i'm going to reject him.. or not, should i entertain him, make him think i believe him and then in the end tell him i know that he's a fake? that sounds like a lot of fun.. i should do that.. okay, accepted"
i clicked accept and was giggling to myself, i know i'm going to have a lot of fun pranking this guy..

Far far away from singapore, in korea, the jeon jungkook, an idol that is part of bts, a very famous kpop group that has dominated the world, has just ended a concert and is back at home, and he is actually scrolling through tinder.. how you ask?

well his company, hybe has officially allowed him to date.. so jungkook decides to download tinder and find foreign girls, just for fun.. but ends up finding someone who he seems to really find attractive, after getting permission,

but he is not allowed to video call, send pictures of himself to prove that he's an idol, until he meets her in real life, if he ever does

jeon jungkook's pov :

finally i'm home, time to get some food and go live.. or wait should i scroll tinder just for fun.. yeah let's do that
i open tinder and start scrolling and stop when i see a really attractive girl, so i clicked into her profile and read her bio, 'lara tan, singapore,20, here because my friend downloaded tinder for me.. bts fan..especially jeon jungkook, so if you are not him, do not like me"

well, i am him, ' should i mess with her, she likes me.. i like her looks, let's see how we click, we won't meet anyway so i decided to send a like, after that i went to get food and when i came back to check, she accepted me, oh my gosh, she actually accepted me.

for some reason, it was really exciting, maybe because it was the first time i attempted to text a girl, let's see how this goes shall we..
