Birthday Girl

April,17th!!

When I woke it was 8:30. Talia was in the kitchen cooking and I'm guessing Jamilla was still sleep. We each had a key to each other other house in case we were bored, lonely, in trouble, or anything. I got up, stretched, and rubbed my eyes. "Goodmorning sleepy head.", Talia said loud enough so I can hear her.
"Morning, watchu makin bacon??", I asked.
I walked over to her to see what she was making. She was making pancakes, toast, eggs, grits, sausages, and had orange juice.
"Yumm! Imma do the surprise, while you cook."
I went up stairs and grabbed a whole bunch of balloons. I ran downstairs with them and put it in Jamilla room. She was sound asleep. I made sure I separated them all over the place, and put ribbon all over too. It took me a hour and a half to decorate her room with ribbon. Because her room was large. I ran to my car and got out three huge bags with gifts in them. I hid them in her walk-in-closet. In those bags was were all the gifts Talia, Laila, Angie. and I bought her. Laila and Angie has been bestfriends since 5th grade. We were all pretty close but Talia, Jamilla, and I was the closest. We all hung out with each other often. They just been busy lately. Angie was short just like me. She had brown hair, brown eyes, and you already kno she was a jawn😂💁🏻. Angie, Laila, and I went to college for the same thing (cosmetology) . Laila was a jawn too. She had light brown hair, and her eyes were perfect. They're like greenish-blueish-hazelish. I got in the shower and put on a Nike sweatsuit, and some black Roshies (I spelled that wrong I think). I had a high bun and so did Talia.
Talia already took a shower. She was wearing high waisted jeans, black flats, and a plain black t-shirt. But I picked up my phone and called Angie because her and Laila was w/ each other rn.

I was at Laila's house watching tv. Laila was in her room getting dressed because she just took her shower. I already took mine so I was just chilling. I had on black sweats, a yellow crop top, and Thunder 14s. My hair was in a high ponytail. Me and Laila was twinning today with our outfits and hair style. Spongebob was on so I was quite.

~15 minutes later~
Laila was finished getting dressed and she looked cute. While taking selfies, my phone starting ringing, the name

Popped on the screen
I answered with a sigh.

After that the call ended. At that moment Laila happened to be running the the stairs.
"Come on Laila we gotta go". With that being said we grabbed our coats, and keys, and left.
~15 minutes later~
We arrived at Jamilla house. When we opened the door you smell food. Then, I saw it. I instantly grew hungry buttt... I can wait. Laila and I greeted Talia & Skylar. After that we talked for a while, while Talia made Jamilla plate. When Talia was done we went into Jamilla room.
"Its April 17th, a very special day! From good times to bad times you still my baby! We'll be here for you, forever and ever! J-A-M-I-L-L-A, its ya birthday! Happy birthday to you!!
Jamilla got up smiling from ear to ear.  We gave Jamilla her food, when she was done eating we let her get ready.  

~1 hour later~

Jamilla's room door opened. She had a pink and blue shirt on that said "PINK".  Light blue jeans, and aunt pearls kds.  Her hair was in a neat bun.

Once again she was smiling from ear to ear. 

 "Watch me open them!"

With that being said we ran into her room and jumped on her bed. We looked like little kids.

~45 minutes later~

She opened all her gifts.  "Thank y'all so much!!  I would've gave you a piece of paper and thats all.  With my cheap ass.",  Jamilla joked.

We all bust out laughing. After that, we left the house to treat Jamilla to her hair, nails, and makeup.  Stuff like that.

We were waiting for 9:00, the time Jamilla's party start.
