chapter one: They unite

Madeline's POV

What happened earlier:

"Prez I think I know what I want to be." I looked over at prez who is rummaging through her closet to find clothes, she pokes her head out, "And what is that?" She asked questionably raising her brow in amusement, I looked down at my notebook that was sitting on my lap that had a list of things I'd wanted to be, "A teacher." I looked at Prez's blank facial expression, "Well I know you love kids and everything but you just got out of school, why would you want to go back?"

That is a good question Prez, I thought to myself. Then I don't know what I want to do with my future, I sighed closing my notebook narrowing my brows, Prez found an outfit and sat down next to me "Don't be so down, you still have a lot of options." Prez assured me, I shrugged my shoulders, "I got nothing Prez." She tapped her chin and then her face lit up  meaning she had an idea, "What if you become a babysitter?" I thought of it for a second then nodded my head, "That's actually a good idea, I'll be right back." I jumped up and ran out of Prez's room. Two seconds later I came running back and stood in the doorway, "Thank you Prez." She nodded her head and blew me a kiss. I smiled then ran back to do what I was going to do.

I sat in the driveway of the Elfanzo's house, I had to double check the address before anything. I cleared my throat and grabbed my bag and my phone, I got out of the car and wow their house is amazing, I always dreamed of wanting a house like this. I quickly fixed my skirt and walked up to the porch, I rang the doorbell and waited a couple of minutes before a beautiful woman that looked like she was around her 20's opened the door, Here she is Regina Elfanzo.

"You must be the babysitter." She exclaimed smiling, "Madeline right?" She asked, I nodded my head. She opened the door wide for me to come in, I closed the door behind me and greeted this cute little girl. She stood behind her mother wrapping her legs around her to keep her hidden, "Sorry she's a shy little girl." She patted the little girls head, "You must be emma." I said with a wide smile, she nodded her head, "You are a very beautiful girl." I told her, the mother fixes her necklace before interrupting, "Well all the things you need to know will be listed on the piece of paper hanging on the fridge in the kitchen." She points to her right, she told me where everything was, "Alright we should be heading out, honey hurry up!" She hollered from the bottom of the stairs. A very handsome man walks down the stairs fixing his cuffs before turning to his wife giving her a kiss, "Daddy!!" Emma called to him, "Oh dulce amor."(Sweet love) His voice was very deep and booming.

He swooped her up off of her feet and flooded her with kisses, she let out the most adorablest giggles ever. All I could do was smile. He put her down and pats her on the head before looking at me, his deep chocolate brown eyes stares into my hazel eyes, "Quien es este me amor?"(Who's this my love?) He asked his wife, She looked at me waiting for me to speak, "Hola Mi nombre es Madeline y soy la niñera." (Hi my name is Madeline and I'm the babysitter) They both looked shockingly at me, "I didn't know you could speak Spanish." Mrs. Elfanzo exclaimed, "I can speak many other languages too." I looked at both of them, "Well we are going to head out now, you are so full of surprises." Regina clasped her hands together and chuckled, She turned to her husband, "Estaré esperando en El auto."(I'll be waiting in the car)

She gives him a kiss on the cheek then goes out the door. I honestly wish I had a relationship like theirs, "Daddy when will you be back?" Emma tugged on his dress pants, "Soon princesa." He leaned down and kissed her daughters head before grabbing the keys off of the table, "Please make sure to take good care of her." He looks at me worriedly, "She's in good hands sir." He nodded his head, "Thank you Madeline." He smiles before leaving the house. I had butterfly's in my stomach, he's the most handsomest guy I've ever seen.

Emma tugged on my blouse that was tucked in my skirt, "Madeline....can we watch some TV." She asked, I picked her up and held her to my side, "Of course, what would you like to watch?" She tapped her chin thinking for a second, I sat her down on the couch and grabbed the remote that was sittinf oncthe coffee table, "Can we watch Disney+?" She asked, I nodded my head and turned on Disney+, "What's your favorite movie?" I asked her as she lays herself down on the armrest, "Lion king." I smiled and clicked on Lion king, "That's my favorite movie too, looks like we have something in common." I giggle, she smiles brightly as she starts to watch TV, "I'll be right back sweety." I got up and went into the kitchen to find the list of things I need to know, She can have some junk food but not a lot, she's allergic to strawberries, and in the end there are some phone numbers. I scammed through the numbers two more listed, Saud and Daniel. I sat the paper down on the counter and went back into the front room to find Emma sounded asleep.
