His hands were going to be gone at the end of this, if he makes it that is. But the rope became slippier and slippier every second. His grasp was no longer on the rope. He was descending down to the depths of the cave. "Please help!" He screamed at the top of his voice.
But nobody was going to hear him. "Am I going to survive?" He thought whilst falling to his doom.
Splash! He landed in the water. The water was as ferocious as a lion. The water rampaged through the cave like a bull seeing red. Luckily he was able to grab a ledge, slippery but safe. He was able to pull himself up. He wrapped up in his coat and grabbed his bag off his back and slowly pulled the zipper. He took out a med kit and placed the foil blanket around him. He just sat there watching the water meander round the corners or the cave. It grew darker every minute. So he placed his wet bag under his head and tried to sleep with the sound of water crashing against the rocks. Little did he know of rain coming in through the gap so it made the water rise higher and higher until the water wrapped around him. He slept soundly until his mouth filled with water while he was snoring. He woke in a big pile of water his blanket was gone!
He thought "how will I survive now?"
Then the water grabbed hold of him and dragged him under the icy depths of the water.
He felt a little tickle on his neck, no it wasn't his hair like you would have expected.
"Ouch!" He cried
He had a massive bite on the back of his neck.
Slowly the bite had swollen up. Then he passed out.
Meanwhile his Freind (max) was wondering where his Freind was. So max decided to go down the excact cave. He was a lot smarter this time he slowly made his way down. He found his freind's body floating down the river of unhappiness. Max checked his freinds pulse but he could feel no beat at all he gave him cpr but it didn't work. "No he is gone!" Max cried
Max tried to carry his Freind to bury him but he couldn't.
So max did the only thing he could do climb back up.
Max and his Freind's mum planned the funeral but his Freind never got buried. Days went on his mum still missed him and regretted getting him into caving but what could she do. So he could still be floating around in that cave to this day.
