"𝐖𝐇𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐆𝐎𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐁𝐀𝐁𝐘?" notti's mother asked, "hospital, i'll be back later." he smiled as she frowned. "notti, y/n's gonna wake up, she's a strong girl." she smiled. "i know ma, i know." he chuckled walking out the door.

𝐧𝐨𝐭𝐭𝐢 𝐬𝐚𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐜𝐡𝐚𝐢𝐫 𝐧𝐞𝐱𝐭 𝐭𝐨 𝐲/𝐧, staring at her he sighed resting his head on the bed, as he heard the door open he looked to see it was the nurse, "uh miss, do you know when she's going to wake up?" he asked.
"i'm sorry hunny, i don't. she has all care she needs though, it's only up to her to push through." she sighed, "but at this point there's a 50/50 chance that she could pass away." she sadly smiled at the boy.
ethan nodded as she walked out the room, then turned his focus back to y/n, putting his hand in hers. "please pull through y/n, i know you can't hear me right now or maybe you could. my mom said you're strong and i agree u are." he spoke.
"please just don't give up yet , don't leave us. i need you, your dads needs you, summer most definitely needs you she haven't slept in ages." he whispered, "you know the past few months we dated you've helped me change a lot; and i don't know what i'll do if you're gone."
"i'm sorry bout that stupid ass argument we had, we were both being us , and i was being stuck up, for not wanting to admit to my wrong doings, i really hope you know i care madly about you & know i gotchu forever my heart."
he paused, & looked up just sighing. "i'm real sorry." he whispered, his voice shaking. "i love you, y/n so please just wake up please." he spoke as his eyes started to water, as his phone started ringing he wiped his eyes,
the boy began to stand up, but froze when the girl's fingers swept against his hand, he looked down smiling, "ethan." y/n called out, "oh, shit y/n," he looked at her for a couple seconds, before she gave him a little smile. "hi, notti." she whispered struggling to get out,
he sat back down in the chair next to her. "hey, ma". "oh— my stomach." she spoke, looking at notti who was staring in her eyes. "i thought you wasn't gon wake up." he laughed.
"i know, i heard you pretty boy." she smiled patting the spot next to her, sitting up weakly & scooting over. ethan stood up & helped her then sat next to her. "i love you more ethan." she spoke, leaning on his shoulder.
