Chapter 2

That is Cassy's Car!^^

"Matilda" Conner screamed out sprinting after Matilda.
I tried my best to follow Matilda but she was a really fast sprinter and I wasn't. I was just a long distance runner, yeah believe it or not I have stamina.
I eventually got lost to the point where I was considering hiding in the nearest toilets for the day and think of a plan to escape this school. Speaking of the school, it was actually really nice. it had 2 courtyards, 2 netball and basketball courts, a swimming pool, a special room for assembly's and a HUGE library, and when I say huge..I mean 3 story huge. Suddenly the bell rang snapping my attention back to earth. I checked my watch and it read 3.15. Oh shoot, did I seriously spend the whole entire day wagging my classes and walking around like a hobo? How did the teachers not spot me and question the fact that a student is walking snail speed looking like she has never seen daylight?
"Are you okay? I saw you walking around for ages when I was in class. Are you new?"
"Oh..uh yeah, I'm new."
"We'll my name is Tori. Tori Davidson. Nice to meet you."
I smiled, finally someone nice was talking to me.
"I'm Cassy Summers. very nice to meet you too. Um do you know how to get back to the suburb of Heathrow? I'm lost and need to get home." I said as sweetly as I could.
"Oh your from Heathrow? Wow! Only the richest live there! Oh and me too of course ." she said while flipping her hair and looking extremely fond of herself.
"Really? Huh. I learnt many new things today." I said dryly
"Okay.... Then. I'll just go to my locker and then we will leave."
"Sure" I smiled.
As we got to Tori's locker, I spotted the familiar black hair of my cousins.
"Matilda?" I asked.
"What!?!" She snapped Turing around.
"Woah, it's just me...your cousin."I said obviously. geez, I really did have an attitude problem.
"Oh my gosh! I thought you died! I was looking everywhere for you!"
"Yeah well you didn't look hard enough."
"Oh well. I just told the teachers you were jet lagged even though the plane trip was only 5hrs and pretty much in the same time zone."
"Cassy... Do you still need a ride home?" Tori asked. I heard a snicker come from behind me. Tori turned so she could see Matilda and when she saw her, her eyes narrowed. I realised that they obviously weren't friends.
"Uh I finally found my cousin, so no, thanks anyways. see you around." I said getting her attention.
She gasped. "Did you seriously just decline a ride with the most popular girl on campus? You stupid low life brat. Have fun getting rabies from your revolting cousin." She said turning around and walking away.
"Um okay....what was that?"
Matilda placed her hand on my shoulder.
"That my friend was the school slut. I actually have no idea why she was being so nice I you in the first place, but none the less, her true colours will always seep out"
"Oh" is all I said.

"Guess what Cassy! Your car has arrived! They had one on a ship that just hit dock yesterday and told me if I paid extra I could have that one! So I did." My uncle said cheerfully.
"Really? OH MY GOSH! THANK YOU SO MUCH UNCLE JOHN!" He chuckled.
"Its in the garage" I suddenly jogged to the garage really eager. when I opened the door, I saw a lambo.
"Nice" I said
"That was Toby's" Matilda said from nowhere startling me.
Toby was my cousin who had passed away from cancer. Man, a lot of my family has passed away. So sad.
"It's really nice" I said.
"I think that's your car" she said pointing to a really shiny Audi.
"AHHH! I CANT BELIEVE IT!" I screamed really high pitched.
"Ouch, don't use such a squeaky voice! It hurts my ears!" Matilda complained.
"Whatever. don't ruin my good mood." And with that, Matilda left. finally.
The keys were on a hook behind the car on the wall and next to the hook was my name stating that only I could park in that spot. awesome. I took the keys and got in the car. Turing it on I went out to the quiet street speeding off at high speeds. My smile on my face a so big it was reaching my hair line. As I got back to my new house uncle john was outside smoking a ciggy.
" I never knew you smoked."
"All started when your aunty passed away. to much stress I guess." he shrugged.
"Yeah but you should seriously stop, it is literally killing you." I said stating the obvious.
"I know. that is why I'm trying to stop"
I suddenly stepped forward at snatched the ciggy out of his hand and crushed it with my foot. Anger crossed his face then an emotion I was not used to.
"Thanks I guess"
"No prob"
I started walking off when my uncle called my name.
"Hey Cas"
"Yeah?"
"I just wanted you to know that I'm really sorry about your dad. he was an amazing guy. I'm sure your heart is broken considering your friendship and how close it was. I'm struggling too." he said tears rolling down his face. Oh no. the convo I had been dreading most.
"Thank you"

That's it! Second chapter! Sorry that the chapters are really short. they are just fillers. Some big events should happen very soon :)
