The new teacher

Chapter 2

Teachers POV
Hi. My name is Alexandra solace but most people call me Alex. I am a English teacher. I have short black hair with brown/ green eyes. I have sleeve tattoos and some in other places. Since I work out all the time I am very fit. I moved here after my mom died to get a fresh start. Today is my first day at the new school I'm working at.
I wake up early to get a work out in before my first day at my new job. After my workout i take a cold shower to get the sweat off of me and to relax my muscles. I get dressed in my pants suit and go get breakfast at a nearby coffee shop. I get to the school at 8 ish. I see everybody looking at a jeep for some reason. Then I see I literal goddess get out of the driver seat. If you couldn't tell already I'm gay as fuck.
I get to my class quickly so I can greet the my new students. Right before the late bell rings she walks in. The one from the Jeep. She didn't say anything do I cleared my through and said "take a seat, you were almost late."
"Yes ma'am" she mutters. She sounds like she has gotten no sleep but it was cute.
She goes to the only seat left which was in the back. I go to the board and start talking about me and my teaching saying "I'm strict but if you ever need help just talk to me." I would look back to her some and she was drawing on her notebook.
I take role and I say "Athena Levine"
The Jeep Girl says "here"
Ok so her name is Athena a very fitting and beautiful name.
By the time class is over I call Athena over before she leaves.
"Miss Levine when I am teaching I aspect you to pay attention to me instead of your drawing." I say
She look at me with a bitchy face and responds with "I guess. Can I leave now?"
"Yes" damn a popular bitch. I can already tell that this was going to be a long year. I will have to ask about her to the other teachers.

.....later that day in the teachers lounge.....

As I open a water bottle I ask some if my co-workers "what is up with that Athena girl?"
"Athena Levine?" The math teacher coach Adam ask.
"Yeah" I respond.
"Why" he questions.
"She was just being a little snarky in class I was just seeing if she is always like that." I ask
"Yeah she is. Apparently sophomore year she had a huge glow up and became popular and mean." He adds "her parents are also super rich so she grew up privileged."
Interesting I thought.

Athena's POV
I didn't mean to come of that bitchy but I had to keep up the bitchy attitude. She is not the exception even though she is super hot. I'm just glad not of my "friends" are in that class so they won't see me staring at her.
I head to lunch to meet up with my friends. They are talking about something but I'm not listening too much is on my mind.
I excuse my self because I wanted to talk to my guidance counselor about being a TA for my free class.
When I arrive she says that there is only one left because I asked so late.
"Who is it" I asked
"It is miss Solace. You have her class already." I think my face froze because she had to clear her throat. She hands me a pass to her class and a note explaining what I am there for.
I get to the hall and stand the dumb founded the. The bell rings. It is my free period so I head to miss Solaces class. I walk In surprised that there is no kids In there only her sitting at her desk.
