The characteristic feature of Rune Manipulation is these symbols. The runes can be used in 2 ways ,While it takes time to engrave them in the first place, once they were done, they could be released as a Single-Action spell by simply passing magical energy through the, runes that have been engraved on something lasts longer in some case forever.It can be used for making weapons,placing traps,for backup,etc.Or the user can think of the specific rune and use their power/effect but it only lasts till magicule is supplied to it.It is only useful in fast pace fights and circumstances.

Sound: "f"
Stands for: Wealth
Casting meaning: Repeated use of the rune will give the user  a larger capacity to send and receive energy. Use to advance projects and goals to the next stage, to protect property and valuables, to give your career an added boost, and to increase wealth

Sound: "u"
Stands for: Resurrection
Casting meaning: Rune of Resurrection .It resurrects the user  after suffering mortal wounds as soon set conditions are met, while simultaneously healing them of their injuries. It is described by Luminous as being a Ultimate Skill level magic.

Stands for: Thurs
Casting meaning: A Rune of hardening ,that the user can use on themselves or their equipment,giving them a hardness well in excess of Orichalcum .

Stands for: Mouth
Casting meaning: A Rune Of Comprehension.It basically allows the user to talk to any kind of life forms without worrying about language barrier.
A rune  for understanding World and the hidden roots of past incarnations; and for unlocking ancestral memories.Provides answers to mysteries.

Stands for: Ritual
Casting meaning: This rune represents the orderliness in the world, A "look-away" Rune making even someone as striking as Sieghart go unnoticed.

A binding rune. Can be used to cancel unwanted aggressiveness or to stop someone who is harassing you.

Casting meaning: This rune of Fate.This rune can be used to look into the future of someone or something.Can bring initiation and understanding of fate.

Sound: "i" as in "piece"
Stands for: Ego
Casting meaning: Rune that can erase memories or rewrite memories.Though it doesn't work on those stronger than the user.The user can also use this Rune to impart .their wisdom on to others or give an ego to egoless beings.

Stands for: Leadership
Casting meaning: A rune of King. It empowers the user's allies with immense courage that enables them to fight even in the most desperate situations. This effect also applies to monsters with the notable exception of undead.

Casting meaning: A Rune of the Sun. could use can use its meaning of "Sun" to unleash unique effects, with its power being capable of rapidly scattering the lingering shadows and darkness of one's magecraft, like the morning sun melting the night's frost,or stealing the attribute of Night itself from a particular place.

Casting meaning: This Rune represents birth.This Rune allows the user to breathe life into things .It can be used to create new lives.It is described by Luminous as being a Ultimate Skill level magic.

Stands for: Örlog (Primal Law)
Casting meaning: Rune of Combination.It basically allows the user to use more than more rune at a time or merge effect of 2 or more rune together.

Stands for: Man (as in human, not gender)
Casting meaning:A rune of Health. A simple rune, which decreases the physical health of the target. Because the rune normally is said to be released from the caster's index finger and the target must be within the field of vision to be aimed at, it is dubbed Gandr Shot. A Gandr with so much Magical Energy concentrated into it that it becomes capable of physical interference is called Finn Shot.Sieghart's Finn Shot has roughly the destructive power of a Nuclear bomb.It can be added on to the weapon.Added bonus is that the wound created by it cannot be healed.

Stands for: Bow (or Rainbow)
Casting meaning: A Death Rune .It makes one's death an absolute certainty so long as it is applied to a being of flesh and blood; beings like spiritual life forms are not affected to the same degree but it still causes them immense pain and require tremendous amount of magicules to supress it.

Casting meaning:A rune of trust.It creates impenetrable barrier that can be activated by the user at will, powered by the trust of the masses towards the user.While the barrier is active, the use of skills, magic, magicules, and even aura is completely prohibited, leaving only purely physical and psychological means of attack available to the user such as swordplay and haki.

Casting meaning: A Healing Rune.It is a rune capable of healing the user and others from nearly all kind of mortal wound's. It's healing capabilities is comparable to Infinite Regeneration.
