prologue

"515!" The officer exclaimed, followed by two other numbers. "021! And..108!"

Shownu, Minhyuk and Wonho stepped forward. Out of nowhere, three guards seized them and took them away to their cell. Despite struggling with all their might, they could not beat the invincible strength of the guards.

The officer's eyes scanned the report in his hands, "Okay, 067 and 058. Please step forward."

Jooheon and I.M did as the guard said, and once again, both got dragged away to their "new home".

"043 and 396 please."

Kihyun rolled his eyes and took a small step, then made eye contact with Hyungwon. He tugged a small smile but it was soon replaced with a frown of annoyance as two other guards came forward, grabbed them roughly and led them to their cell.

On the way, Hyungwon tried to make it clear to the guards, "You'll know the entire truth soon! I promise you!"

The guards ignored him completely.

Kihyun sighed. "Yah, don't even try. It's over, we're already in jail. Our own parents don't even trust us, we have no chance of getting bailed out."

"Fine..I just wanted it to be like a last sentence kind of thing.." Hyungwon whispered as the guards stopped at a cell with their five other mates, opened the gate and shoved the two in.

As one of the guards locked the cell and snickered, "Enjoy your stay. Duty starts tomorrow, you guys will be sweeping the parade square."

Kihyun rested his legs against the hard wall, "Oh well, we'll be in this hell for four years. I already miss the sky."

Again, the guards ignored and left while muttering some nasty comments. Shownu looked up, "Eh, you guys have arrived."

Jooheon scowled, "We're going to be stuck in here for four years. To think that our families will stick by our sides, psh what was I hoping for."

Even the usual bright smile from Minhyuk's face has been replaced with an anxious expression- lip biting and knitted eyebrows. "I thought we would be able to win the court trails. Our lawyers suck."

I.M waved it off immediately, "We should sleep now, we have a long four years ahead."

It was then followed by a series of "seriously?" and "why are you taking this easy?" by the other members. But they still went back to their bunks anyway.

Wonho suddenly paused in his tracks. "Guys, wait. I have an idea."

"What? Spill it." Kihyun could not wait to slip into his dreams.

"Let's all escape from prison."

Dawn came quickly and a blaring horn sounded throughout the whole prison, waking everybody up.
