Many eons from now, the Homo Sapien race of Earth has swept across the cosmos in their expanse of conquest in the name of domination and resource control. However, their sake of conquest is not just for naught and vanity, however. Due to the increase of need for resources of a growing empire and developing society, Humans have been forced to fly across the void in order to gain more and more minerals to the increasing demand. Innovations have took upon a new course as the theoretical suggestion of infinite mineral types and possibilities of properties have been proven to be correct, Ergo designs have been more and more less complex due to the very unique minerals scattered throughout the universe seemingly serving a particular purpose for a particular invention. As such, this was the key to their success. Many wars have been waged by humanity across the universe, but their upper hand was not in biological advantage, rather it was because of their intellect and strategy offered by their rare and expensive evolutionary investment of a brain. Many other species were bound to their own planet because they were just made to evolve that way. Some specimen also managed to process a brain, but were beat earlier by humans because of their status as an earlier species. Some of them were simply fauna that didn't mind getting conquered, so humans adopted them in their natural ecosystem, warping it to their whims.

Of course, an intergalactic conquest doesn't come with sticks and stones, or guns and lasers, it comes with more sophisticated and developed forms of warfare. As humanity continued to develop across the universe, more and more technology was developed that allowed them to dominate more and more. Genetic Modification. Molecular Reconstruction. Gravity Channeling. Photon Manipulation. Quark Registration. Space Warping. These are just some of the technology humanity developed in order to help them dominate the stars, and after eons if not eternities of exploration and war, they finally reached the Great Gap where no more specimen developed due to the recency of the creation of the planets.

This was all too much for the Gods of this world. In their eyes, they were just another species that were too vain for their own good, similar to every other planes they wiped clean. As they left humanity for a good while, not even paying attention to the puny mortals they perceived. They last left them at Earth, quarreling with arrows and blades, gunpowder and boulders. But they returned to a humanity that defiled everything they made. To them, this meant blasphemy to the highest degree, and deserved punishment similar to that they have given to all others that came before humanity. And so, their will has passed, and then they have sent one of their kind to descend to humanity and announce their divine punishment.
