Btw my instincts are telling me that we'll get that anniversary book next year, for 10 years anniversary since 2014. Mark my words.
So far from the books all I can conclude was;

Either Livio or Leon was the tallest, my guess it's probably Leon
Ciel, Charles, Leon and Livio are among the tallest, ranging from 173 cm to 178 cm

Shintarou mightttt be slightly taller than Junta. I can't find other refrences for their heights.

Su Jung is obviously the tallest for girls, I have no doubt. Shorter than Gion, taller than Junta and probably Shintarou

There's a significant gap between her and Gina's height

Lilian seems to be close to Neelam's height but slightly shorter.
Maria and Neelam seem close to height but I'm guessing that Maria is taller
