chapter 7 - Secrets

Gold's POV

"Don't yell!" it said again. "oh okay! i'm not going to yell at A TALING DOG!" I yelled again. Funneh ran into my room seconds later. "What's going on!" she asked. "THE DOG IS TALKING!" I said. Funneh looked at me weird then at the dog. The dog stared at Funneh. "Yeah.. um- Gold go to bed.. you're tired," she said. She slowly backed out and closed my door. "She can't hear me, only you can," he said.

"Is this some kind of prank from Prince?" I asked annoyed. "No Gold! You're the chosen one!" he jumped. "Chosen one?" I asked. "Yes! You can talk to animals," he said. What the heck is going on.. i've never been so confused! "I'm tired.. let's just go to bed.." I said slowly. I changed then threw my hair into a low ponytail. I got into bed and covered myself. The dog laid down by me and we both fell asleep.

In the morning

"Wake up!"

I slowly sat down, the dog was over my face licking me. "GAH! I forgot you talk.." I sighed. He jumped off and I sat up. "I really got to name you.." I giggled. "Your name is.. Floof!" I smiled. "Good idea," he jumped. I laughed then got out of bed. Time to to get ready.

It took me almost an hour to get ready, when I walked out of my room, Funneh walked out of hers. "Wow you're awake," I laughed. "I know, I guess I have energy today," she giggled. Floof ran to Funneh. "I named him floof!" I smiled. "Is he still talking?" she laughed. Should I tell her about it.. I don't know. "She can't know yet! She hasn't discovered her power," Floof said. "See, he barks! No words," Funneh said. I guess I can't tell her.. "Yeah.. I was just tired," I slowly laughed.

"Let's get going, we have school," she grabbed her bag. I grabbed mine as well and we headed downstairs. "See you later Floof!" I smiled as I grabbed the dorm keys. Funneh placed him on the couch and we walked off. The whole group was in front of Rainbow and Lunar's dorm. "Funneh and Gold are here!" Kyran said. "Hey guys," we waved. Rainbow and Lunar finally walked out so they walked over to us. We all started walking in a group. "Guys, I think Gold is going crazy," Funneh laughed.

"Prince gave her a dog and she told me he was talking.. the dog was barking," she said. They all laughed, except for Draco. "Gold a talking dog? Come on," Lunar laughed. "Yeah.." I slowly laughed with them. They all started walking ahead and I walked behind. Draco slowed down to walk with me. "Does the dog really talk..?" he asked. Is he making fun of me? "I don't know anymore," I shrugged. "Well if you did.. then you're not the only one that hears stuff," he said.

I looked at him confused. "What do you mean..?" I asked. "I think i've been reading peoples minds.. I know exactly what they think. That's why i've been saying I hear them say stuff," he explained. Wait.. floof did say Funneh hasn't discovered her power yet. "Draco. We may all have powers," I said. "Floof told me not to tell Funneh because she hasn't discovered hers yet," I explained. "That's crazy, so we all have some kind of powers?" he asked. "I guess so," I shrugged. Or he's just crazy.

"You're crazy too then for talking to dogs. Did you forget I read minds," he laughed. "Woah, you really can!" I smiled. "Well.. I guess we have powers then," he shrugged. "Let's hurry up to the others," he said. I nodded my head and we both started running so we could catch up to them.

Draco's POV

Gold and I caught up to the rest of the group. "Oh! I have news!" Gold said. Everyone turned to look at her. "I have a boyfriend!" she giggled. "Who?" I immediately asked. Boyfriend? Most guys end up hurting my sisters. "His name is Prince! He's so dreamy," she said as she smiled. "Since when..?" Rainbow asked. "We made it official yesterday! Wait.." she said. "I just realized I never introduced you all!" she face palmed. "Yeah i'd like to meet him," I glared at her.

"I'll introduce you all today!" she said. I looked over at Kyran, he seemed a bit down. "Speak of the devil.." Funneh mumbled. I looked ahead. We finally made it to school and a blonde guy with a suit was waiting at the front. He was staring right at us. "Prince!" Gold ran to him. She hugged him tight. The rest of us caught up to them and I walked up to him. "And you are?" I crossed my arms. Gold let go of him and stood next to him. "I'm Prince, and you are?" he asked me, he glared at me a bit. "Prince, this is my brother, Draco!" Gold said as she grabbed my hand so I would shake Prince's.

"Oh your brother," he made a face a of relief. He shook my hand then smiled. "Hi! I'm her sister Rainbow!" Rainbow cheerfully walked over to us. "Nice to meet you," he shook her hand as well. "and.. my sister Lunar," Gold paused as she pulled Lunar over to us. Lunar had her arms crossed. Prince stared at her a for a second. "A pleasure to meet you.." he put his hand out. Lunar slowly put her hand out then shook his hand. "Yeah, same to you," she shrugged. I'm guessing Lunar does not trust him, she usually doesn't trust anyone. I'm surprised she liked Kyran and Alec.

"Nice to meet you all, if you don't mind.. i'll be taking Gold," he said. We all agreed and the both of them walked off. "Bad vibes right away," Lunar crossed her arms again. "Really? Alec, Kyran, and I have always said there was bad vibes around him but thought we were crazy," Funneh spoke up. "Well I thought he was nice!" Rainbow smiled. "WATCH OUT!" someone yelled. Suddenly someone crashed into Rainbow and they both fell. I looked around, Evelyn was running over to us. "SENPAI! WHY WOULD YOU DO THAT WHEN THERE'S PEOPLE AROUND!" she yelled at him.

"My head..." the guy rubbed his head as he sat up. "Rainbow are you okay?" I asked as I ran to help her up. "Yeah i'm fine.. I just scraped my knee," she said as she looked at it. She had some blood on her knee. "I'm so sorry! Please forgive me," he said as he got up quickly. "It's okay don't worry!" she said. He looked at her and stared for a few seconds. "Uh.. I'm Senpai.." he finally said. "Rainbow," she smiled. "Let me take you to the nurse, I feel really bad," he said as he grabbed his skateboard off the ground. "Okay," she smiled a bit as they walked off.

"Sorry about Senpai," Evelyn laughed. "It's okay," Funneh laughed as well. "ALEC!" someone yelled. We all turned, it was his sister. "Do you have 10 dollars, I forgot my lunch at home," she asked. "Aly I just realized you never introduced yourself to my new friends," Alec said as he crossed his arms. Aly stopped and looked at Lunar and I. "I have met them! When we accidentally bumped into each other," she said. "Oh okay, well it's cause you always run over to ask something then leave without talking to my friends," he said.

Alec's POV

"My bad, you're right. Sorry guys I'm just busy a lot," she said to them. "It's okay!" Kyran smiled. "Oo I love your shoes Aly!" Funneh said. "I do too!" Evelyn agreed. "Thanks guys!" Aly smiled. "Wow, crazy how you guys look so similar," Lunar said. "Yeah a little," Aly chuckled. "You and Draco don't really look alike," she said again. "What about Funneh and I?" Draco laughed as he put his arm around Funneh. "Wait all three of you are siblings?!" Aly asked surprised. "Yep, and there's two more," Lunar chuckled. "WHAT?! Yeah Alec's right.. I have got to talk to you guys more," Aly slowly face palmed.

"Okay I got my bandaid!" Rainbow skipped over to us. "Not just any, it has a unicorn on it," Senpai laughed. "Oh who's this?" Rainbow asked as she joined us. "My sister, Aly," I said. "Oh hi! I'm Rainbow," she smiled. "Aka our sister," Draco laughed. "Ohh makes sense!" Aly smiled. "Let me guess, the last one is.. Gold?" Aly asked. "Yep!" Lunar laughed. "Dang Draco is stuck with 4 girls," she giggled. "Eh not that bad," he shrugged. The bell rang which meant class was starting. "Well we should get to class, see you later everyone," Evelyn said as she started walking with Senpai. "See ya!" Rainbow waved.

"Do you have the money or not?" Aly asked me. I handed her 10 dollars and she hugged me. "Okay I should go now, see you later guys!" Aly said as she walked off. Draco watched as she walked off then looked back at us. "We should all go too," Kyran said. We all split off to go to class.
