Leaving

I race through the battle. Slash, block, slash, block. I look over in search for my friends, and in horror I realise that Annabeth, Leo, Nico and Thalia are the only ones left alive. I gulp. Four of the seven are dead.

Suddenly an ear piecing scream cuts through the battle. I look to where it came from and spot Annabeth.

Gaea has struck down my wise girl with a poisoned blade.
"Annabeth!" I scream and run, full sprint, to her.
"P-Percy." She gasps
"Ohh gods ohh gods ohh gods Annabeth what do I do." Tears stream down my face,
"L- live your life... Be s- strong... The Blade is poisoned... Strong enough to kill Gaea." She gasps in pain.
"I love you seaweed brain." She takes a deep breath, a tear drops from her eye.
"I love you more, wise girl." The light fades from her eyes and I am left with the limp, lifeless body of my one true love, Annabeth chase.
I plant a kiss on her forehead and lay her gently on the ground. I turn to face Gaea, rage and anger traveling through me, blurring my vision. Gaea is laughing at what she has done.
I attack her. In less than a minute she has riptide infiltrating her back, keeping me on. Then I stick the poison blade that killed the love of my life, into her heart.
Gaea stands their shocked. Then she sinks back into the earth. Not making a sound.

I run over to where Annabeth is still lying. There is no way to save her. She dead. The survivors all crowd around us. Tear flow freely from my eyes.
Everyone, even the gods, look sad. Thalia puts a hand on my shoulder but I don't shake her off. She loved Annabeth as much as I did.
"Look away." Zeus directs us. We do and then, in a flash of bright light, we are transported to the demigod grave just outside camp half blood.

There are coffins already made, one grey one, of Annabeth. One red one, for Frank. A pink one for Piper. Yellow for Jason. And a purple one covered in jewels, for Hazel.
Nico is kneeling over Hazels body, muttering. Pluto/Hades is standing solemnly behind him. Thalia has left me and goes over to morn with Zeus/Jupiter over Jason's death and Aphrodite is standing sadly over Piper.
Ares/Mars is kneeling over Frank telling him about sacrifice. Leo is going from person to person, tears streaming down his face.
I feel Poseidon and Athena walk up to me from behind. Poseidon kneels down beside me and raps his arms around me and I cry into his shoulder.
10 minutes later, we set the dead in their elected coffins and bury them.
Zeus then flashes us back to Olympus. He walks into the middle of the room and "coughs" to get everyone's attention.
"Demigod survivors I have decided to give you one wish for your sacrifices and services, and you can not bring back the dead."
The demigods go through their wishes and then it was Leo's turn. He stands and looks Zeus right in the eye.
"I wish that I will be able to find Calypsos Island and take her away." He states, the gods all look very nervous and I frown.
"But I already wished for her to be set free. They told me that she no longer wanted to see me."
"Son, I grant your wish to travel to Ogygia on Festus and take Calypso off of her island." Hephaestus grants, Leo grins.
"And Percy you get another wish for the one we didn't grant." Zeus tells me
I nod and think for a second.
"I wish for a portal to be built between camp half blood and camp Jupiter so that the demigods can visit at any time." I take a deep breath, "I also wish to be left alone by the gods until I am ready to come back." Poseidon looks sad when I say this.
"Granted."Zeus says "we will get to work on the portal straight away."
I nod, and give my dad another hug, and say goodbye to Leo, Tahlia, Nico and the gods.
I walk through Olympus, looking at all the beautiful buildings that my wise girl created. I traveled down 600 floors and out of the Empire State Building.
I take the long way home, thinking about everyone who died.
When I get back mum gives me a big hug and I know that she knows what happened.
"Ohh Percy I'm so sorry." I just shake my head and she leads me down to the couch. I fall asleep on her shoulder, still crying.

A/n: sorry guys this was a really emotional start and it sucks. I didn't go into detail on how everyone died. I didn't want to. It was way to sad anyway. So yeah... This is unedited.
