Hope POV

I was making a small surprise party for Jacob with cake and a small present, my hands clapped together quickly and quietly before running to our bed with Jacob peacefully asleep. I sat on his lap kissing him on the lips waking him up. His hands moved to my hips with a smile growing on his face, I giggled kissing him again this time he kissed back.

Hope: happy birthday
I whispered

Jacob: thank you baby
He said in his sleepy voice

I kissed him again before getting off his lap.

Hope: get up I have a surprise for you
I said excited

Jacob: give me a minute
He groaned

I smiled walking off to the kitchen excited lighting up his candles hearing the door open.

The cake

(Without the "hello")

I picked up the cake seeing him then started singing. He laughed moving his hands to his face not expecting it. I walked up to him with the candle still lit while singing. I finished standing in front of him.

Hope: now make a wish
I said with the cake in his height

He smiled blowing the candles out.

Hope: what did you wish for
I said lowering the cake to my chest

Jacob: I wished my wife would kiss me. He said leaning on the counter kissing me

Hope: wow did you waste a wish on me. I whined

Jacob: because your worth wasting for. He said kissing me again

I giggled kissing him back.

Hope: oh and I have a small gift for you. I said pulling away setting the cake down gently

Jacob: oh no
He said with a smirk

I grabbed the small prestent smaller then Jacobs hand, I handed it to him with a smile. He opened it grabbing a small box opening it.

Jacob: oh my god
He scoffed

Hope: what. Is there something wrong. I said looking at it

Jacob: I love it
He said taking it out
