This is it? This is how our story ends after accomplishing so much success in our investigation, this is how we die?
From a Bomb Blast!
I tilted my head on left to see Aron for the last time.
His effete body longing to breath sufficiently, his mouth engrossed with blood calling out my name and his futile efforts to reach me reminds me of our first encounter.I was sitting on the lowest branch of one of the tallest tree on our Orphanage's ground; annoyed by my incapabilities to fit in the surroundings that are new to me. I refused to respond the group of derelict amateur beneath me, shouting and screaming and calling out my name to come down. I ignored them. All of them. Because I felt more like an entertainment channel telecasting from a tree branch than a poor girl attempting to suicide. Not that it was what I intended to do!
Anyways, suddenly I realised a change in clamor from vociferation to cheering. Through the periphery of my eyes, I saw a boy climbing the tree and his hand reaching for my hanging leg. I jerked back my leg and climbed even higher, meanwhile the boy fell off the tree trunk hard on the ground.
Probably from this sudden change in pace.
He was bleeding from his head, I felt sorry for him but refused to let that concern expression take over my face. The boy stood up, tears running through his cheeks he ran towards the orphanage.
He came out with someone- I figured it was Sister Martha. He was pointing at me and Sister ordered me down.Sister Martha being the only person who loves me and the only one I respect, I defer her call and came down.
Not that I was going to forgive that boy who detriment my self respect in front of all.
I quietly walked towards them, by surprise grabbed his collar and punch him hard on his face.He fell down with a pretty, nose-bleeding face.
