Caught Pt. 2 (Billy Hargrove)

Summary: (Continuing from the last part)

Y/N POV:

My heart raced as Steve turned the doorknob to the closet that Billy, the boy I wasn't supposed to have over was in

He opened the door and took a look at what was inside

When he saw who was there, he turned to me fuming, face bright red and eyes bulging

"Y/N? I thought I told you not to bring any boys over" Steve looked at me, his eye twitching

The scary thing was that he wasn't yelling, and you know Steve is mad when he doesn't yell and just says he's disappointed in you

"Steve, I'm sorry I really like him" I said

"Steve, im sorry man I really like your sister, I think she's amazin-" Billy starts but gets cut off by Steve

"Hold on Billy let me stop you right there, You do realize that your telling me this while I have a BAT IN MY HAND!" Steve shouts

I step forward and take the bat out of his hand

"Ok, well now you don't have the bat anymore." I say

"Y/N, why him? Anyone but him" Steve pleads

"Steve, I'm sorry but I like him and he likes me" I say

Steve nods his head and looks down

We all stood there for a moment with complete silence, and very awkward silence might I add, until Steve starts walking towards the front door and takes his keys with him

"Steve where are you going?" I ask while grabbing his arm trying to stop him

"Y/N DON'T TOUCH ME" I flinch away from him. He never yells at me

I took a step back from him in fear. Steve's eyes widen in realization that he had just yelled at me

His face then softens and he walks out the door without another word

I watch as he leaves and once Steve is gone, I fall to the floor and start crying. I hugged my knees to my chest and huddled in a corner

I heard Billy's footsteps coming closer and I felt him sit down next to me. He starts rubbing my back and kissing head for comfort

"So, your brother really doesn't like me, huh?" Billy asks letting out a small quiet chuckle

"I guess not" I answer back "but I don't know why he doesn't"

Billy turns to face me completely "And why's that, my love?"

I lift my head up to look at him "well, for a lot of reasons." I reach my hand up to his head and play with his hair

"You're strong" I grip his bicep

"You're handsome" I slide my finger across his sharp jawline

"Your hair is pretty nice, I guess" I lift my hand to his hair and tug on the ends of the curls a little bit

"I could stare into your eyes all day" I look deeply into his eyes which show so much emotion, all of the pain he's been through

I lean forward and he does too. He lays a light kiss on my lips that I almost can't even feel. It's as though if he's not gentle enough, he'll break me

"I love you Y/N" he blurts out. My eyes widen, we've never told that to each other before.

My eyes start to water and I cover my mouth with one hand

"I love you too Billy" I say back. His eyes widen and a smile engulfs his face "so much"

We reconnect our lips together. This kiss was a little rougher, more passionate

"Are you both enjoying yourselves?" A voice says from the end of the hallway

It was Steve

We didn't even notice him come in

We both stood to our feet

I started to say something when Steve cut me off

"Y/N, before you say anything, I owe you an apology for the way I talked to you before you left." He hesitated before what he said next "and if Billy makes you happy, then I trust that he'll take good care of you and make you happy so, I'm ok if you see him" it looked as if it hurt him physically to say that.

My eyes widened and I turned to Billy then Steve again

I ran up to Steve to hug him

I wrapped my arms around his neck tightly "thank you" I whispered quietly in his ear. He kissed my cheek and smiled at me

I ran up to Billy and have him a passionate kiss

"Woah, woah, woah, ok, that's a rule now, don't do any of that in front of me" he said while fake gagging

"But Billy, if you ever hurt her" Steve warned "I promise I will personally hunt you down, and beat your head in with my bat, do you hear m-"

Billy looked startled "Steve, I promise you won't have to worry about that" Billy smiles and looks down at me, placing a soft kiss on my lips

"What did I just say?!" Steve shouted putting his hands in his hips

We both break apart "sorry" we say simultaneously

We both giggle and walk over to the couch to watch a movie
