a random kid shows up in the end of the first selection of blue lock, almost closing on the second selection. bachira & isagi encounters this child, and coincidently, other famous blue lock players are informed about this kid.

"Hah?! What do you mean this kid is going to be with us?!" Raichi was the first to shout after the sudden statement that Isagi and Bachira just stated.
Aya was still fast asleep and Kunigami tried to shush Raichi down because it's a high chance that his voice woke her up.
Chigiri, Kuon, and most of the players didn't mind at all, especially Naruhaya. He has experiences with siblings and he knows how energetic children can be.
Adding on, having a kid around would brighten up the mood.
"So, has Ego said nothing about this?" Chigiri got a confirmation from Isagi and Bachira.
"Let's all wash up first and have something to eat before Ego says anything, okay?" Kuon makes everyone get up for their own good except Aya.
"Do we leave the kid alone?"
"Yeah, she probably needs the rest."
Meanwhile, with Ego..
"What are we going to do with the little girl, Ego?" Anri firmly asks as she watches Ego get more cup noodles.
"Noodles...again?"
"Well, Anri-chan, I was planning to send her back home..however, I'll let her stay. I could also care less." Ego shrugged it off and began eating with Anri saying many protests.
"She needs the basic necessities. She doesn't even clothes, or food!"
"Then you can go buy her some."
Anri couldn't believe that Ego was set on this. Why would he any way? Wouldn't he all be 'let's get rid of her because it's only egoists only' but apparently not!
Anri sighs and finally agrees, "Okay, but I'm getting stuff that she requires, including school work books."
"That's not needed, Anri-chan, but do whatever you want. Make sure the items don't distract the other players."

"The second selection will not start today." Team Z was listening to Ego, and Raichi did not seem happy with this.
"What do you meaning we're not starting right away?!"
"Keep it down. There's a waiting period before the second round begins. You all will be put under rigorous strength training."
Ego continues, "Furthermore, during this training you won't be allowed to even touch a soccer ball. Anyone who decides to break this rule, or who refuses to participate in the training will be expelled."
Some of the players complained, especially Raichi.
"Don't get so cocky just because you managed to advance in the lowest-ranking wing. You'll go until I say so, you pieces of garbage."
