A/N's POV
Jungkook had a horrifying past. The only thing that changed his whole life was, he didn't accept that they were gone. He didn't accept that he had no one, his family was dead. He couldn't accept the fact that his parents died right in front of him. He blamed himself for all of it, he blamed himself that he couldn't save them, and never focused on the fact that he didn't do it intentionally, he killed the murderer of his family right there and then.
It was never Jungkook's fault...
IT WAS ALL JIMIN...
Jimin and Jungkook knew each other since childhood. Jimin's father was a mafia too, but not as rich as Jungkook's father. Jimin's father was always jealous of the success of Mr. Jeon, and he resulted in killing them finally. Jimin only had his father, and his father too never loved him. He gave everything to him, except love. And that's why Jimin envied Jungkook. This was the only feeling that both Jimin and his father shared with each other. He was always and always jealous of Jungkook of how happy he was with his dream family. Everything was perfect. And as time passed when Jungkook turned 10 and Taehyung turned 12, and after Jungkook killed his father by shooting him right in his head, Jimin's jealousy turned into pure and extreme hatred. This affected Jimin's mental condition way too much as he was too sensitive. And after losing his one and only father, he was even more. It was truly a happy news for him when he got to know about Jungkook's family's death. How weird, right?
By the time Jungkook was completely broken by the happenings in his life. He was always depressed, and tried to end his life multiple times, not knowing his life was going to turn upside down. He still couldn't accept it. He could not accept it. As a result, he started hallucinating. He talked with his so-called brother in his head for hours, and soon his imagination came into reality; he started hearing Taehyung as a voice in his head. He soon started distancing himself from the society, and started to escape the reality; he always lived in his imaginary world, with his creations. As both Jimin and Jungkoom grew older, Jimin thought of taking advantage of Jungkook's condition. He intentionally started interacting with Jungkook, and made him understand that he would help him stay with his family. How silly, isn't it? But it was not at all silly for the innocent Jungkook. It felt all real to him. After all he trusted Jimin with all his heart. Since they knew each other from childhood, Jimin was the only one Jungkook had. That too came to destroy him even more, break him even more. He could not have any treatment for him mental ailness and it grew with age.
Jimin was also becoming more heartless day by day as he was aging. Jungkook tried, he really did, to get out of all this mess, but now he was so into it. The voice in his head and of course, Jimin, would not let him escape.
Soon, Jimin started dominating over Jumgkook, he started showing his real side to him. And oh, that poor Jungkook always followed his ridiculous demands. He would punish him if he didn't. Jungkook's whole life was ruined, was it his bad luck?
Jimin played silly games with Jungkook, rather childish games like hide and seek, but were way more mature than they seemed to be. There was a music box which Jungkook and Taehyung played with, and Jimin always played that whenever he was making Jungkook play the childish games with him.
Jimin always enjoyed them, but Jungkook never did 'cause he was the one who suffered at last. Just like if Jimin would find him, and of course he did, he would trap him in a pea-sized room with venomous insects, or drown him in a pool of water; for him to suffer mercilessly. Jungkook thought to escape, but he couldn't, Jimin, never gave a chance. He tried to commit suicide multiple times, too. But every time either Jimin would not let him to, or his silly imaginary brother. But Jungkook could not at all tolerate it anymore.
"Why don't you find another puppet to play with?"
