Y/N was sitting under a tree outside, staring at the lake, when a shadow loomed over him.
"I thought I'd find you out here." Remus smiled.
"Yeah?" Y/N grinned, his spirits already lifting. "And how long did it take for you think you'd find me out here?"
"Longer than I'd like to admit." Remus laughed.
"What'd you to see me for?"
"I can't see my godson?"
"Remus..."
"Nothing gets passed you." Remus said, a melancholic tone in his voice. "The Boggart, It was me wasn't —"
"That's not you; This —" Y/N said, pointing at Remus. "This is you."
Remus smiled a bit.
"And that's more because of my fear of small spaces." Y/N lied, the truth was, at the time he was deathly afraid of that werewolf. "And if —"
"It's not that, well, not all about that." It was Remus' turn to cut off Y/N. "More about the fact that the entire staffroom was transfigured into your fear, or rather, your memory."
"My memory?" Y/N scoffed. "You know Boggarts don't work like that."
"For the average witch or wizard, yes."
"What?" Y/N asked, confused.
"I told Professor Dumbledore about what happened. He says you're special, you've got the means to be an amazing wizard."
Y/N grumbled.
"And now that that's out of the way, what's this I've heard about you and Harry?"
"How'd you find — Hermione?" Y/N asked.
"Hermione." Lupin confirmed.
Y/N slapped his leg in frustration.
"Just Harry being a big headed git." Y/N said.
"What do you mean?" Remus asked.
"The idiot was dead set on trying going to Hogsmeade, even though he hasn't gotten his permission slip signed, on top of Black being on the loose."
"And did he get his slip signed?" Remus asked.
"Of course not, He asked McGonagall of all people."
"McGonagall?" Remus chortled.
"Right," Y/N smiled. "Ruddy idiot."
"See, you shouldn't let him being 'stupid', get to you." Remus said.
"It's just, he never listens." Y/N groaned.
"And you do?" Remus countered.
"Touché."
"So you two need to make up." Remus advised. "Get him some sweets from Honeydukes this weekend or something."
"I'll see if I'm feeling generous." Y/N said.
"Well, you're always generous. You're a great kid." Remus said, ruffling Y/N's hair. "And everyone is well aware you'll be a great wizard, and I can't wait to see that."
"Uhhh," Y/N groaned. "You know I hate this mushy stuff."
"Yes I'm well aware." Remus laughed. "It's why I do it."
"Don't you have a class to teach or something?" Y/N said.
Remus frantically grabbed his pocket watch and cursed. "I've got to go!"
