CLASSIFICATION:
In this story, it will have the main theme of classification. Classification is different for every author but this is my AU. When you are 16 you are given a classification, this can be master, pet, caregiver, little and neutral. The only ones that will matter in this story are little, caregiver, master and neutral. A neutral is where nothing changes, you become an 'average' person. A 'normal' part of the community.
Little is a age regressor or someone who goes into little space. Little space is a time where you go into a younger mind set/ head space and start acting like a child. Things like feeding, clothing, communication and basic hygiene becomes harder to do and sometimes impossible depending on how old you are in your head space (your little age). You go into little space due to stress, trauma or needing to get away from the real world (people in real life can go into little space as well but not with the classification used in this AU). Though some Au's involve nearly permanently going into little space, for this AU it will happen 2-4 days a week depending on your 'little age', the only thing permanent is that they usually are not taller then 5'3''. Like I said before, doing the basics of living can become quite hard and so you would need someone to help. That is when a caregiver comes in.
A caregiver is someone who helps littles perform simple tasks that involve there survival when in their headspace and be a friend when out of it. They become a sort of parent/ parental figure in the form that once you get your classification, if it is a little, that it is illegal for your actual birth parents to look after you. In the selection/ receiving of your little, they have to fit your 'carer age'. Your 'carer age' is basically the age that your little has to be so that you are best fit to look after them. When a caregiver is looking after a little, they are given an allowance (sorta like when you adopt a kid) that they spend to support the little and there needs.
Finally, a master is someone who takes care of "pets", they assist in sexual needs and treatment for either ends enjoyment. They will basically be incharge of kinks, sexual enjoyment, punishment and treatment of the pet. They are ment to be commanding and to treat their "pet" as the name suggests, a pet. Pleases note that the fue masters in this story will not be doing anything sexual with any littles as that would be like having sex with a child.
An important thing to note is that the 'little age' a little has in there head space does not 'age' so to speak but the first couple times a little goes into little space, their little age may change as they discover how old they are.
