Today, like every day, I woke up to my hamster Iggy's farts and my dog, Verdi, barking. At least I know my mom, Edaline, is making me a delicious breakfast for my first day at Foxfire Academy "for the gifted".
I didn't even want to go there in the first place. The only good thing about it is that,unlike my last school, the kids were mostly around my age.
"Are you dressed for school yet?" my mom called to me.
"Not yet" I called running to my dresser to find my uniform. After finding the yellow uniform, I quickly threw it on and ran downstairs. The sweet smell of pancakes filled the air as I sat down at the table.
"Your finally downstairs," my dad teased when he saw me. 'Yup, gotta eat quickly so I don't miss the bus though!" I replied with a mouth full of pancakes.
I quickly got my bag and lunch as I ran out the door to the bus stop. When I saw the bus pull up before I got to the bus stop, I ran, praying I would make it in time. Thankfully I did make it.
There was only one seat left on the bus, It already had two people in it. A blonde boy, who I kind of recognized, and a girl with beautiful chocolate brown hair.
When I sat down I immediately realized who the boy was. It was KEEFE. SENCEN! The best singer on planet earth, and he was only a year older than me!
"You're Keefe Sencen!"
"I am. What's your name, beautiful?" Keefe asked, with his signature, RIDICULOUSLY CUTE, smirk.
Keefe pov
"Sophie," the girl responded as her entire face turned red. Honestly, I thought I was just hallucinating from no sleep(I mean NO ONE was that pretty). Until Biana introduced herself and started talking to her they were friends forever. "So how old are you?" I asked trying to find out if we were in the same grade. "13- almost 14," she responded.
Uhg, that means we won't be in the same class! I'm 15! I should have noticed, she's wear a level three uniform, I'm level six!
Sophie pov
After what seemed like hours of Biana talking about dresses and makeup, while Sophie wrote the song she was working on, they finally made it to school. "C'mon Sophie, I'll take you to Principal Leto's office!" Biana shouted excitedly as she took Sophie's arm and dragged her up ten flights of stairs to the principals office.
After they got Sophie's schedule, the bell rang and they went to there classes.
