All around the clock, 24/7, constant. Their faces constant. Smiling was a must, and everyone appreciated everyone else. The perfect city, in the not so perfect world. Perfect it was, but it was avoided by most anyone with any mind left. The residents here really didn't have much thought left anyways. This city was dubbed 'perfect' for a reason. No one had any thought left to be un-perfect. Dirty. Strict laws governed these people, the laws they broke so harshly before. Now their refusal to abide by the rules landed them here.
