chapter 3 (idk what to name it)

(Kevin pov)
I was standing there with streber awkward cause of course ratford had to come and make random assumptions! I mean I've barley even known streber that long! I mean I guess he does mean a lot to me already but still.

Eventually the silence was broken by streber which I'm thankful for. He was talking about horror movies and of course ratford had to barge in.

"Hey guys I came to get some candy!" He shouted right after he barged in.
Great just what I
needed(sarcastically). I got him his candy and he was just headed out but of course he had to stop all of the sudden.

"Hey I work at the movie theater! Maybe you guys could come see a movie?" He winked at me.

"Yeah we should! That would be awesome!" Streber shouted.

Great just what I needed.

"Do you like horror movies, uhhhh" he paused.

I'm guessing he doesn't know strebers name?

"Streber! And yeah I love horror movies!" Streber had to shout out. Great horror movie's.

"Well streber this must be your lucky day because I just so happen to have two tickets on my for a new horror movie!" Ratford looked at me with a stupid grin. I knew he was up to something.

"Really?!" Streber shouted

"Yeah of course man!" He said as he gave streber the tickets. " you and Kevin can go together I'll see you at 12!" Radford said as he headed out.

Great..

"Great!" Streber shouted.

I quickly moved my attention to him.

"Now we can go hangout together!" He jumped up and down.

I sighed. "I get off at 8 so I guess yeah."
Streber started squealing jumping in circles.

"Only 2 more hours til your shift ends! " streber was so excited, I couldn't help but laugh a bit.
"Whats so funny?" Streber tilted his head.

"Oh nothing im just excited" I stupidly replied.

We chatted until my shift was almost over, he had been talking but then randomly stopped.
"Do you wanna chill at my place until the movie?" Streber asked me

Oh my gosh! I could finally see his place! I wonder if he lives with anyone?

"Sure that would be awesome!" I was so excited.
Eventually my shift had come to an end and I was free. We started to head to his house. We talked a lot. It was kinda cold tho, I shivered a lot. I think it could be heard in my voice judging by his expression.

"Are you cold?" Streber ask.

"Yeah kinda" I laughed a bit, an awkward laugh.

"Well I don't have a jacket on me. Uhm" the 'uhm' seemed to last forever, I didn't mind tho.

"I could wrap my arm around you to keep you warm!" He smiled at me.
The smile alone made me feel warmer. I smiled back and nodded. He wrapped his arm around me. I felt so warm, I felt a bit weird tho. Mostly my face felt warm. Since his arm was around me he walked closer to me. Which I was happy about.

Eventually we got to his house. He unlocked his door somehow knowing as his arm was still around me. We walked into his house and it was so warm. I almost melted right then and there. He invited over to sit on the couch. He told me to sit down while he got something to eat. He headed to the kitchen to grab something i didn't know what he was grabbing though, I tried to look over but I wasn't able to see him.

"Uhm do you like ritz crackers? " streber had shouted from the kitchen.

"Yes!" I yelled back. I smiled. I could hear the sound of crinkling plastic and a plastic plate being set on the counter. He walked over setting the crackers carefully on the table and plopped on the couch right next to me. He was right next to me he was close enough to were it had felt almost as if we had been touching. I melted into the comfort of his home. The time had gone by so fast since I had spent the whole time day dreaming. I had been lost in thought.

"Helloooo. Kevin! Kev! Are you ok?!? " streber shouted as he grabbed on to my shoulders and started shaking me back and forth.

"Huh- wuh?" I responded confused.
It took me a moment to process what he had just said. Im guessing I fainted or something. I woke up to hear streber shouting.

"AHSHITKEVAREYOUOK!?!?" He held me shaking me back and fourth as I laid back in his grasp.
"KEVIN YOUR FACE IS BRIGHT RED ARE YOU OK!?! ARE YOU EVEN ALIVE!?!" he shook we again and again. Eventually I looked up at him.
"Wuh-?" I mumbled. Streber gasped.
"KEVIN! YOUR ALIVE! YOU PASSED OUT. AND UR FACE WAS LIKE SUPER RED!" I took I minute to process it all. I laid there for a moment confused until I released. SHIT MY FACE WAS RED! I covered my face and looked away quickly, embarrassed.

"Uhm is it time to leave?" I mumbled still hiding my face.

"Oh yeah! Here let me help you up. " streber set me down carefully and got up dusting off his knees. He reached out his hand. I grabbed his hand and got up. I stretched real quick and then we put our shoes on.

"Alrighty lets go!" Streber stood with his hands on his hips.

I giggled at the sight. I looked up at him while I tied my shoe. Once I have finished he reached his hand out to me. I grabbed it and stood up. We stood their together for a second and then both let go. We were walking in silence when streber spoke.

"Gee my hand is real cold" he said looking at me. I didn't understand and replied by tilting my head. 

"My hand is cold" he held out his hand. Ooh now I get it! I think. I stared at him for a second and back at my hand. I held out my hand right by his.

He squealed and held my hand. I was shocked for a moment a bit flustered to be honest. And then I held his. I was so happy.
