"I got a new friend, and he makes me feel weird,"

"Are Jay and Erin dating?"

"Not sure, but I think so."

"But, few days ago, Jay told us he is not into that girl,"

"Let's ask him and confirm it."

"Okay,"

Our examination is going on, and I heard that Jay was dating Erin. Well, we are not sure about it, tbh but also, all the students are gossiping about it.

"Jay,"

I called him.

"Yes, Jungwon?"

He said as he looked at me.

"I heard you are dating Erin?! You are progressing, huh?!"

I said to him teasingly

"Aish it's not like that. Everyone is just amusing things on their own."

He said, being a bit annoyed by the rumours.

"But she likes you,"

I said as I remembered how much that girl liked him. I guess it has already been more than a year when she expressed how she felt, and until now, she has been chasing after him.

"I don't care about her. She is so annoying,"

I laughed at his reply.

"Okay, then I will leave first as the exam is gonna start soon,"

I left from there cause I believe him as he once told us how much he hated the girl and wanted to get rid of her.

It's been a while since me and Jay started to talk. We usually crack jokes, tease e/o, and after school, we would join video calls with our other friends. We join the call in the name of the group study but always end up singing, chatting, and gossiping about others.

Are you ignoring me??

Why are you ignoring me like this??

Won:

Aish, I was busy using washroom

Why are you hyped up?!

<Jay is Calling>

Jay: Jungwonnn~

Won: Now, what happened?!

Jay: Send me math homework please that oldy is gonna kill me tomorrow.

Won: But -

Jay: No, buts yk I'm always his 1st target.

Won: OK OK I'll do it later and will send it to you.

Jay: Oh, you're the best.

Won: Whatever

Jay: Wait, to keep you company, we will stay in call. Whatcha say?!

Won: Can I say no?!

Jay: Ofc not. *laughs*

Won: Then?!

Jay: Okay, okay, you do Maths assignment, I'll try doin' of English.

Won: As you say.

"Why didn't you pick up our calls last night?!"

That was the very first thing that came out of Sunoo's mouth as we entered the school.

"Who were you talking to?!"

Jake added.

"How do you know I was talking to someone else?!"

I asked them, being a little confused.

"Cause whenever we try to call you, it says, /Sorry the user is busy/"

Sunoo said, mimicking the voice. I chuckled at his action.

"Now be honest and tell us who was that person,"

They were giving me a death look as I kept quiet for some second to come up w/ a good excuse cause they are gonna annoy me w/ all their teasing if I tell them the real reason. But bad for me before I could say something someone spoke.

"Jungwon"

We all looked towards the direction of the voice.

oh no, I thought as Jay was coming towards us.

"Thanks for yesterday, I loved your company and for homework as well."

He smiles at me and goes from there as he is in a hurry.

"Oh, it's him again,"

Both said in unison w/ a dirty smile plastered on their face. Fuck I know that smile.

"Now I see, you were talking w/ him all night."

Jake hyung said teasingly. That smile was still on his face.

"I-I need to leave"

I ran from there as fast as I could while I can still hear them laughing. There is a huge reason for me acting that way. My friend, Sunoo and Jake they both ship me and Jay from the day 1 of our friendship [jaywon friendship to be clear]. I've already told them 1k times that we were just friends. And the main reason is their this little shipping things are making my stomach feel weird and I don't want this feeling's as I have my very own boyfriend whom I love the most.

And most importantly, Erin loves him.
