We moved through the trees like born in them, heading for the spring that Koro Sensei made for us last year. Class 1 A has two hours to wander around the mountain, but they were given restrictions not to come close this area, not because of the spring, but what lies ahead of it.

We walked past the area, down the mountain a little to a small man made clearing. A small headstone sat in the middle of the area, a name and a small crescent moon carved into the stone. Unlit candles decorated the stone and the area around it, thirty of them each with a small set of initials carved into them. Kaede pulled out a small box of matches, passing one to each of us as we went to our candles, lighting them for the man that we put in the ground.

My hand gripped tightly at the knife at my side, but it was a comforting feeling. Koro Sensei taught us to be assassins, but he saved us in the process of doing so. I don't know if I would even be alive right now if it wasn't for the octopus.

We walked through the woods together, reminiscing over the adventures that we had.

"God, I wish we just got to do one normal paintball session," Rio complained. The only time we got to do one was when Karma and I were fighting over if we would kill Koro Sensei or not, even so, it was fun up until the  end.

"You know..." Karma started, the aura of mischief overwhelming the boy, "I stashed some gear across the mountain for surprise attacks."

I smiled, knowing where he was going with this. "So did I. What about you two?"

The girls smiled and nodded. Between the four of us there were enough supplies for about half the hero class to use. If we called some of the others to find their stashes as well, there should be more than enough for a good game of paintball.

"Who's gonna ask the teacher though?" Kaede asked.

All three sets of eyes turned to me, earning them a groan in response.

"I... fine," i agreed reluctantly.

Life really was cruel sometimes.
