Annoying!

Teasing

Fabiola couldn't understand what her obsession was. To anyone else, he wasn't attractive. To her, he was everything. He is the dew drops on fresh grass. He is the morning waves on a beach. He is the sun rising in the sky. He is everything.
Andres castilas. That's her love.

Fabiola couldn't tell him though. Not this soon. Sure her love for him brewed like a witches caldron, and maybe she talked about him all hours of the day, but it's not like she could confess. She hardly talks to him!... Anymore at least. The year before, she had talked to him a bunch. Not as a friend but in a teasing way. She tried to be civil but her heart got in her way. All she could muster is venom. She could barely be in the same room as him. She'd get so flustered all she could say is something mean or hurtful.
As Fabiola got lost in her own mind palace, she didn't hear her teacher call on her, to answer the questions she had given to the class.
"Fabiola!." The teacher shouted.
"Huh?" She jumped from her seat, as the class laughed at her.
"Oh uhm.."
"Were you even listening to my lesson?"
Crap.
"I was.. uhm-"
"I don't need an excuse. You have disrespected me and have taken away from everyone's learning time. You have a warning."
Fabiola sat down in shame as her teacher walked to the side of the whiteboard and wrote her name down under a list named 'Lunch Detention'.
"Any other warning and you will be staying in with me for lunch. Do you understand?"
"Yes ma'am."
The teacher carried on with her lesson on World War II, and Fabiola was grateful that Andres wasn't in her class.

After her teacher handed out the homework, the bell rang. Fabiola headed to her locker and started to get out her lunch bag for study hall, when she felt someone behind her.
"Boo!" Her good friend Courtney appeared behind her.
"You didn't scare me, I saw you."
"Why are you taking so long?"
"Ugh. My locker was being mean to me."
"Ha ha. Hurry up."
"Yeah."
