The two of them walks on the sidewalk, exploring thier surroundings. The houses they walked past were large and very luxurious, they even smelled the chlorine from a pool when walking past a particular house that was shaped kind of like a corn, for some reason. And to the opposite of the houses had a forest, never ending trees just to the opposite of these houses.
Callisto and Aito walked together for a bit until they noticed a little town-ish area. It was basically shops and cafes there. They looked at each other as they shrugged. "Why not? Could be interesting you know." Callisto spoke while starting to advance to the small town. The place looked very nice and felt fresh, the afternoon sun also helps to compliment the area too. Shining onto the trees providing a nice shade underneath.
They walked by the buildings glancing at the numerous shops, cafes and restaurants that are present. They walked past a whole lot of cafes and one even had cats inside which made Aito lurk a little longer exploding with joy at the cats. "They're so cute Callisto!! Look at that one!" He smiles fixated on the cute feline creatures inside. Callisto sighs as she kneels down to take a look too. She has to admit they are pretty cute for small animals with fur and danger mittens ready to pounce at you at anytime, especially the kittens.
(Here have a photo of the school cat! She's adorable and friendly but very danger)
They moved further inside the town and glanced around and decided to keep walking down left, Aito noticed a pet shop as they were walking and as he and Callisto walked past it he was surprised that he felt nothing in particular. Normally for him, he would have a few animal souls greet him because of his ability and the lack of care for the animals. His ability comes from the souls of the departed animals, being able to hone them to his needs though he doesn't like to use them in that way. He smiles to himself relieved that the people here take good care of the animals rather than cause their doom just because of sheer neglect and money.
They walked a bit further into the town, but as they were walking towards a junction in the road Callisto felt something odd. Callisto turned towards the place that made her feel this way, she noticed a white glow of a light shining into her eyes. She stops in her tracks which causes Aito to stop as well looking at her confused. "Something wrong?" Aito asks tilting his head at Callisto. Callisto squints in suspicion before looking at Aito. She sighs before telling Aito all about what she saw and making a deliberate plan with him. Aito nods at her words and remembers her plan.
Callisto took in a shaky breath before grabbing hold of Aito's hands and made their way into the place that caught Callisto's attention. They arrived Infront of a bar where she pushed open the door and entered. They have gotten weird looks from the customers present but they quickly returned to what they were doing previously and paid the two no mind.
Callisto looks around, a head of blonde caught her eye. She felt drawn to the blonde male as she was starting to get suspicious. Her father had told her a bit of her origins and about their family heritage but she just brushed it off as a coincidence. The two approached the stand the man was behind before softly knocking on the table. "One moment." The man announced before setting the cloth and wine glass down onto the table as he turned to face them.
His eyes with a crescent moon on his pupils, curiously scanned the two.
Shock fills Callisto as she couldn't believe what was infront of her at that moment. The man, that blonde man had the same moon insignia in his eyes that she and her father had and the grey, almost black scleras to complete it all, he was an example of what her father mentioned. There was no shadow of a doubt, he was related to Callisto. Being born a moon, you would have a crescent moon insignia mark on your pupils and there is nothing you could do to mask the insignia. The reason behind this was to have a way for their relatives to recognize one another as their own and to prevent traitors from emerging in the clan.
