Her name was Sherfeen and she was a seek. One day (somewhere in the middle of Yr 7 ) I was walking home with my friend Amelia and took the other way home I used to take in the beginning of the year. When I crossed the road I bumped into this annoying guy and he recognised that I was from his primary school so he started having a conversation with me, which was really awkward.

After that creepy conversation, I saw Sherfeen standing there with her two friends. It was a bit weird seeing two familiar faces from my primary school on the same day! However, it brought me back happy memories and the sweet, silly dreams I had in Yr 6 to become a doctor in the future.

When I walked forward towards her direction, she said ,"Hey Jahidah" to me in her normal voice but because she was saying it in my ear, it sounded like a scream. I kindly replied, "Hey Sherfeen" with a cute smile on my face.

Then this is where the problem occured. She said out loudly(or it occurs to me loudly ) the word "bitch", then after that rude comment her two friends started laughing at me. I was going to say something back to her but it was too late as I found myself about 11 feets further away from them.

I found myself walking really fast, so I could just arrive home and forget all about this, but my body wanted to fight back as if it was saying to me , " You can't just let those girls walk all over you like that. Say something back. Now's your moment !". But what moment have I got! The moment where I will feel humiliated ! Or perhaps the moment whereas later on ,I will get beaten up and left publically shamed.

No way am I going to say something back or else what would happen to me. When I was just a few distances away from my house, I decided to do it! I always get picked on. There was this quote by Emma Watson from a UN speech video on YouTube and one of her questions really hit me hard on the chest (not literally).

The quote ," If not now, when?" made me think that when am I going to see Sherfeen again , so I walked slowly waiting for them to catch up as they were on the other side of the road and as soon as I saw all three of them walking forward like a snail, I put my middle finger up at all of them because they deserved it and because I wasn't thinking straight.
