Chloroform? My body was quivering and felt numb. I opened my eyes but what I saw shocked me.
I wasn't in my house I was in a cell...a small squared cell with a wooden bed being held up by chains and a barred door keeping me inside.
What does he think I am, his prisoner? "Let me out! I screamed. Is it because I didn't want to sit, what is wrong with people? "Why am I in here !"
Tears started to build up in the corners of my eyes, I feel so wretched.
I sat in the corner of the cell and hugged my knees. The clothes I wore the previous night were still on me, They were tight and uncomfortable. I just want to go home.
I rocked back and forth trying to calm myself but I just couldn't. I can't keep feeling bad for myself. I need to get out of the shit hole.
I looked at the door and saw a keyhole, I took the wire out of my bra and bent it "I hope this works"
I twisted and turned the piece of wire until I heard a click "bullseye" That was fairly easy. All the years of reading helped out in the end. Or was it something other than that?
I pushed the door open as quietly as possible and started to walk down a dark hallway filled with other cells Until I smelled a strong scent of...musk.
"shit, shit fucking shit" "leaving so soon Bellissima? By the tone of his voice, it sounded like he was smirking.
"What do you want with me and why was I in a fucking cell, I yelled."Would you wish to return?
Let me out of here and where the hell is my phone, I'm not your pet. "I was terrified but I couldn't let him see that"
"I'll let you out on...one condition" he reached for my hand and brought it up to his lips "be mine". I yanked my hands away faster than the speed of light.
The fuck I won't, let me out. I don't want to be here. "No" he answered back.
I pushed him so hard that he stumbled, but before I could've gotten away he yanked my hand and pulled me toward his chest.
"I'll have a driver sent out to drive you home," he said in a low voice.
"It's good that I got what I wanted but this felt...wrong".
He stretched out his hand and passed me my phone, He looked angry but didn't want to display his emotion.
"Aunt Val is probably worried about me by now "
I followed him out of whatever he had me in and walked towards the front of the house where the giant fountain was.
A black car was waiting for me with a driver inside and a man in a suit standing in front of the car's door.
Alessandro stood in front of the house door with his hands in his pockets and just stood there with a dejected look on his face.
Was it my fault? Of course not he's the one who locked me up in a fucking cell if he wanted to get to know me, then he could've done it a different way.
The man who stood in front of the car door opened it and cleared his throat. No need I replied as I tried my best to fake a smile.
I was exhausted, hungry, and dirty. My aunt was probably blowing up my phone wondering where I was but I wouldn't fucking know because my God damn phone was dead and I didn't know why.
I need to calm down at this rate ill have a heart attack.
The drive to my place was awkward. The driver glanced at me through the mirror every 5 seconds "I just wanted to get out.
