Star Marshalle is Turning 16 in two weeks, and right before her birthday Mrs.Randle shows up. Mrs.randle Is from child protective serivces and had been recieving reports about Star for the past three months. Star is all to happy to tell Mrs.randle about the the abuse she's recieved from her mother for the past 5 years. Star gets into foster care and has promising foster parents. She makes friends and meets a boy that has potential to be her first ever boyfriend. But when her mom starts convincing child services that she's recieved counsaling and is ready for Star to come home, Stars world is turned up side down. Will She be able to stay with her new foster parents and continue her new life ? or will she be forced to go back home with her abusive mother ? This is the Story of Star.-
