JIA'S POV
it's lunch time now and im currently on my way to the canteen with yunjin aka my child haha. no but seriously she acts like a baby around me.
"so you're telling me you met a cute guy that's from our school at the train?"
"yes yun-ah yes, that is exactly what i'm telling you."
"okay.. where is he then?" she asked.
"i don't really know tho.. i haven't seen him since"
"hmm that's kinda sus" she said, putting her fingers on her chin.
"hey you stole my line" kai suddenly appeared out of nowhere.
"dude you need to stop popping up out of nowhere" i said.
"yeah like that's kinda scary bro" yunjin agreed.
"whatever" kai rolled his eyes at us.
"the audacity" i gasped pretending to be offended by his actions.
then suddenly i bumped into someone as i was not focused on where i'm walking cause i was too focused on my friends.
"we should probably stop bumping onto each other" he chuckled with his husky voice.
"y..yeah.. probably" i scratched the back of my neck.
"anyways let's go together?" he said as he put an arm around my shoulder.
i can literally sense yunjin and kai screaming in silence behind me and intak.

after we finished eating, we just chatted and joked around with each other when intak said,
"may i borrow jia for a moment?"
"uhh.. suree" yunjin said, smiling like a freak while kicking kai's feet under the table.
"okay" intak smiled as he pulls my hand but not too hard to the point that it hurts.
uhmm where are we going..?
"don't be nervous, it's not a creepy place, i bet you'll like it" he gave me a reasuring smile.
oh who would say no to that handsome smile of his.
we arrived at the place he was leading me to and when i tell you it's beautiful it. is. really. beautiful.
the place is like a tiny park (?) like a tiny enchanted forest should i say?
it's a waterfall surrounded by greenery, trees, a few flowers here and there, rocks covered in moss and a cute little picnic mat near the waterfall. how come i've never seen this after years of going to this school?
"this place was supposed to be a planting area for the students to plant trees at but they didn't even plant anything so me and my friends decided to make it like our little hangout area that not much people know about" intak explained.
my mouth formed an 'O' upon hearing the information. "this is beautiful" while looking around.
AUTHOR POV
as jia was amazed at the view, she looked like a kid who is currently looking at a house made of candy, intak found that adorable and decided to take a photo of her.
jia noticed his action and tried to take his phone away but failed due to him being tall and jia being short, so she just jumped hoping that she would catch his phone, but this just made her look more like a child and intak just laughed at how adorable she looked.
jia eventually gave up since it was tiring and sat down at the picnic mat-intak following her actions.
they just sat in comfortable silence and admired the beautiful view - oh sorry, *Jia just sat there whilst intak is just admiring the beautiful girl whom sat besides him.
"you're so beautiful..." intak mumbled to himself without knowing that jia had heard it.
"eoh..?" jia pretended to not hear what intak had just said.
"no...nothing.." intak looked at the sky as if there was something interesting there.
"and you... you are suuper handsome" jia mumbled hoping he wouldn't hear it, but also hoped that he would hear it.
oh intak clearly heard it, but he still wondered whether he was hallucinating or not.
then the bell rang indicating that lunch is over, stoping them from having an awkward silence.

JIA'S POV
school is over and it's finally time to go home. usually i would walk together with yunjin and kai but yunjin has opera practice, kai has to pick bahiyyih up from school and the only option is to just walk home by myself. well not untill..
"hey, where's your other friends?" intak came up on me while walking backwards.
"oh yunjin has practice and kai has to pickup his little sister, so i'm walking alone"
"you should stop walking backwards, you might trip and fall" i pulled him by the arms to walk beside me.
we continued to walk together until i got a message notification saying 'hi hun, me and your dad are leaving the house for 3 days, you brought your keys right?' from my mom. oh shit i didn't bring my keys with me. i stopped walking, intak realized my actions and said
" what's wrong?"
"my parents are leaving for 3 days and i forgot to bring my keys with me" i explained.
"oh.." intak said with an expression that i couldn't really understand.
anyways, i replied 'no mom i forgot to bring my keys with me'
'oh you can stay at a friend's house it's fine' she replied.
maybe i could stay a yunjin's.. but she has an opera competition coming around the corner so i might be a burden.
"uhm.. you can stay at my place..?" intak suggested.
"really? i mean wont it be..?"
"hey don't worry my parents are fine with me inviting anyone, infact they'll probably treat you like their daughter" intak reassured me.
"oh, okay but i'll just stay there for a night, i don't wanna be a burden"
"no it's fine you can stay there for 3 days straight"
