An Argument

                                      Back at the monastery

Lloyd carried me into my room, and set me on my bed. Skylor followed. "Ok Rumi, me and the ninja have to do a few things with those thugs. but I promise I'll be back soon." Lloyd told me. I nod my head and he leaves. "So, what's going on between you two?" Skylor asked, I feel my face heating up. "Nothing." That was a lie. "Ok, sure" Skylor rolled her eyes. I opened my mouth to talk but we were interrupted but the alarm blaring. "You have to be kidding!" I yell flopping onto my bed. "Harumi, Sky-" "I know, I know. Can you help me Lloyd?" Lloyd walks over to my bed and picks me up. I wrap my arms around his neck, and flash him a smile. I hope the ninja don't tease him about this. Too late, Skylor took out her phone and took a picture. "We're never going to hear the end of this" I whisper. "You got that right Rumi" I didn't realize I said that out loud. "I....... Uh... I didn't mean to say that out loud" "It's fine Rumi. Plus your right"

No One's POV

They both make it to the bounty, safely. Skylor was showing everyone the picture. Harumi went to her room, and locked the door. "They are going to kill me" she says in a sing-songy voice.

"Guys, I was just helping her!" Lloyd yells trying to save him and Harumi's throats. "Sureeeeee" Cole rolled his eyes. "Yes really, Harumi had gotten really beat up by the thugs at the mall, and she was having trouble walking. So I carried her, because I don't want her getting hurt even more." "Oh, so you're worried about her?" Nya asked, Harumi could practically hear Lloyd's eyeroll. "Yes, I am worried about her!" "So you're saying that you love her?" Jay asked, that is the kind of thing that Kai would put him in a coma for, but Nya stopped him. "No, I said nothing of the sort. I was saying that she was badly injured and I didn't want her to get even more hurt. Plus the EMT told her to take it easy, she couldn't even walk without falling over!"

Dead silence

No one spoke

"I believe Lloyd is trying to say that Harumi is injured and that she should take it easy," Zane interjected. "Ohhh" Everyone said simultaneously. Zane's words made everyone understand.

Lloyd went below deck where the sleeping quarters were. He went to the cabin room where he and the ninja slept. "I should go check on Rumi," he whispers to himself. "Maybe you don't have to" Lloyd whips around, to see Harumi. His muscles de-tence as he walks over to her. "I'm sorry did I scare you?" she lowers her head. Lloyd lifts her face to meet his, In a passionate kiss. "Maybe just a little" he grabs her hands. "Ehem!" a voice fake coughs from behind them. The couple startled, jump apart from each other. It was Kai, they looked at each other silently communicating with their eyes. 'I'll distract, you get away,' Lloyd told Harumi. She nodded her head. Kai stood in the doorway with a befuddled look on his face. Lloyd is able to fire at Kai, getting him to jump out of the doorway. Harumi runs down the hallway to her room. Three minutes after she arrives in her room, Lloyd runs in. "That was close" "Yeah it was, but hey. Good job!" She put her hand on his shoulder. "Is Kai still coming?" The white haired girl asked. The blonde nodded his head and locked her door. "We're safe" Harumi cuts him off "for now."

It was around 6 pm and Kai had had enough of Harumi and Lloyd. He was going to try to get rid of Harumi by scaring her. Hoping she would run away. "Hello, Harumi '' Harumi was startled by this, when she saw it was just Kai she relaxed. "Hello, Kai!" she exclaimed cheerfully with a smile. "I need to talk to you. '' Harumi looked at Kai quizzically, but sighed and followed him. He led her to the main deck (not where the wheel is). "What did you need to talk about?" Kai sat down and motioned for her to sit across from him. He took a deep breath and started. "As you know I still don't trust you" Harumi nodded her head. "And I don't like you and Lloyd being together." "Actually we're not together" she corrected him. He just glared and kept going. "Lloyd doesn't actually love you, he just feels sorry. And you can't fool me with your little tricks." "What tricks?!" Harumi yelled. "Harumi, i'm not stupid" "Maybe you should rethink that" Kai looked at her with hatred in his eyes. 'She's a lot smarter than I thought' he thought to himself. "I don't have any more 'tricks ," Harumi air-quoted. Kai's hands started to glow red from fire. "YOU DON'T DESERVE LLOYD!!!" Kai angrily shouted. "I know I don't, I don't know why he even forgave me or even saved me!" Harumi felt tears in her eyes.
