No one's pov
The wind blew quickly. Leaves flying throughout the currents. Eduardo got home just in time. His house was flooded with a horrid smell of burnt. He took Doguardo's collar off and set it on the coffee table.

Eduardo's pov
My nose was being murdered by the smell, I went to the kitchen only to be greeted with smoke and my roomate Mark. "Mark, what's going on?!" I yell out. I hear a few coughs then a voice. "Oh welcome home E-Eduardo! Just-" The voice changed to coughing again. I sighed and grabbed the fire extinguisher from the wall and put out whatever was in the oven. I look at Mark as he tries to fan the smoke out through the window. The strong gusts of wind helped and sucked the smoke out. After a couple minutes, the smoke was all gone and everything was calmed. "Sorry about the mess, welcome home though!" Mark said in a cheery tone. "Yeah uh.. Thanks.." Mark suddenly sets something on the table. "Just in time for my special! Lasagna!" I knew. I knew Mark made something bad. He can't cook at all. I sighed and sat down as he put a plate down then served me a fat glob of the monstrosity. I stared down at it. It had a hard base like concrete and on top of it layed a thick, melty, burnt layer of what I assume was cheese. I felt sick to my stomach; I haven't even tried it yet and it's already making me sick. I looked at Mark, who was giving me a thumbs up, and looked back at the "prison" food. I grabbed the spoon I received and attempted to eat the globby brick. Once I finally snapped a piece of it off, I shivered. I inhale and quickly put the bite in my mouth. My urge to gag and puke kicked up. "What do you think?" I looked at the Blonde. He was so excited for me to eat the sloppy cement he called Lasagna. I choked back tears and gags to spit out the words. "It's.. Great..!" I watched as the taller man jumped, he celebrated happily. I chewed. I chewed the thing in my mouth, it felt like I was grinding my teeth on rocks. It made my skin crawl. I finally swallowed and it felt horrible, it felt as though I just ate a ton of pop rocks but swallowed them straight down. There was a knock at the door, Mark got excited again and ran. I took advantage of this and threw the garbage away then tossed the plate and spoon in the sink. "Eduardo, the guest is here!" I got confused but walked out to see who it was. I stopped once I saw her. "'Ello Eduardo.." It was her, the neon blue bob-cut, the voice, it was her. It was Laurel.
