It was past midnight when three men with cases and backpacks creeped onto an old rusty wharf where hidden by fishing nets lay a cigarette boat. The aim was simple, smuggle the drugs and don't get caught doing it. Finally the cigarette boat drifted silently off the wharf and into the dark murky ocean.

"dammit that's another drug smuggler that's slipped under our noses" Drew Cal-away of DSI (drug smuggling investigations) was reading a report about how a cigarette boat was spotted and out-ran the coast guard off Port Murray. "Yes, isn't that the fifth smuggler this month? " Cassie Mitchell the head of the organisation was deeply frustrated about how nearly every report of drug smugglers had got away with it. 'Something's not right she thought.'
